Villa on the Beach 2 Bedroom /3 Bath

This beautiful 2200 sq foot villa / condo is located at Villa La Estancia and is on a swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Bay.

All of the comforts of home with the luxury and service of a 5 star resort! 24 hour room service, on site market, maid service, pool service, beach service, and a very friendly and eager to please staff are why I love being here!
I have no reviews because I use the villa most of the time so I don’t open my calendar for rent very often.

Full kitchen (granite countertops and stainless steel appliances), dining area and living room (pull out sofa) are one big open space to get together. This space has access to the center of the balcony.

Villa has 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 7 ppl if use sofa) and 3 full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, dresser, night stands, sitting area and door to the spacious balcony. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub, large tile shower, and double sink vanity with make-up area, safe, and double closets.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private bath with shower/tub combo, mini refrigerator, safe, large closet, and access to the balcony.

The third bathroom is located near the living room and has a tile shower. Comes in handy for second bedroom guest to use as personal bathroom for extra privacy and not having to figure out who gets shower and what time.

The villa has a full size washer and dryer and maid service is provided every other day.
