Beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet, with amazing views. The cottage was clean, with nice decor and had everything we needed and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again in the future.

Very nice stay at the Boathouse. Lisa and Glen are excellent hosts and even had a gift basket waiting for us when we arrived. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, with all 3 bedrooms including comfy beds. Four of us, along with our 2 dogs, fit comfortably in the cottage and we all really enjoyed our stay. Hay Bay is nice and quiet, perfect for the kayak trips we took throughout the weeekend.

The boathouse was very clean and Lisa is an amazing host. The decor is also very well done and sitting by the waters edge on the lounge chairs was very relaxing.The boathouse is quite the distance from the road so it is silent at night with very little light pollution.The dishwasher was also a plus we weren’t expecting! That definitely made our vacation more relaxing.

Lovely boathouse. Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Lisa and Glen were excellent hosts. They live right on the property which was convenient if guests were to need something.

We enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse. It was well-equipped for cooking. Lots of places to sit and lounge outside, although shade was sometimes at a premium (though umbrellas helped). Air conditioner kicked out enough cool air to be a reprieve.Comfy beds and couch. Good quality kayaks. The only thing we didn't quite realize by reading the description is that the boathouse is on the owner's property which is right there. However they were super nice and friendly and gave us privacy. And left a lovely gift basket for us which we don't see too often renting places! Also very close to Napanee, and a nice day trip to PEC or Kingston.

We enjoyed our stay at Boathouse, it's a nice place for family and also our dogs enjoyed it a lot. I recommend host as well, they're very nice. Check-in process was smooth as well.

Lovely lakeside getaway

Absolutely beautiful cottage on the bay, fully renovated and stocked with all the essentials and more. Close to everything. We had a great getaway with lots of time on the water. Friendly and helpful hosts.

A peaceful, relaxing boathouse. We enjoyed the kayaks and BBQs during our downtime from visiting nearby Kingston and Prince Edward County, as the boathouse was in between both. Lisa and Glen were great hosts.

Fabulous location on the lake

Travelling thousands of kilometres from Toronto to Quebec it was great to have 4 night relaxing by the lake. A welcomed rest from the cities on route.

Beautiful and quiet location on Hay Bay. If you want to relax and get away from the rat race, then this is the place. The Boat House is wonderfully decorated and modernized. Great deck with a bbq overlooking the Bay. The owners Lisa and Glen are fantastic people. Highly recommend it.

Boathouse stay

The boathouse is an idyllic stay. Loved waking up and feeling like we were on the water. Cute house with a cozy feel inside and plenty of space. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook.

Fun on Hay Bay

The Boat house was the perfect choice for a family vacation. The house is beautiful. So much fun Paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing were all excellent. We traveled with our dogs who give it 10/10 paws up. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind

Girls Get Away

The Boat House was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The hosts are so friendly and professional, they made the stay very easy. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, the view of the bay from the living room is so peaceful. We couldn't asked for anything more! Thank you for a great stay.

Peaceful Week

Lisa & Glen were wonderful hosts, and the boathouse is a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Pictures are a perfect representation, and the views are stunning from inside and outside overlooking Hay Bay. Comfy beds, super clean, and lots of nice touches that show they really care about their guests. Would both recommend and return!

Beach house in Napanee

The beach house exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The grounds were beautiful and accessible. Swimming from the dock and pebble beach was wonderful. I highly recommend a stay at this comfortable house

Relaxing and Peaceful Stay

Absolutely beautiful location right on the lake. House was very clean and felt right at home. Was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved swimming and kayaking on the lake. Exploring the nearby attractions and just relaxing. Lisa & Glen were wonderful hosts, extremely pleasant and responsive. Definitely had a super relaxing stay.
