Peaceful, well appointed, comfy home away from home.

The hosts are amazing, prompt communication, well appointed amenities in a private and quiet setting. Our suite was very easy to find in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent parking and access. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, and we’d highly recommend Susan and Paul’s wonderful home.

Ideal Location

This well-kept property in Nanaimo North is close to several excellent restaurants, shopping, numerous walking trails, sea-side parks and easy access to highways. There is a separate bedroom with lots of closet and drawer space. Great stay.

Modern comfortable and quiet

Located in a quiet modern neighborhood of Nanaimo, our stay was very comfortable. Great location, close to everything we needed. The space is super clean with all the amenities you may need.

Comfortable stay

Spacious and well equipped suite in a lovely neighbourhood. Comfortable bed and luxurious linens and plenty of hangers. A bottle of wine and some chocolate was a thoughtful touch.

Great Stay in Nanaimo

We spent most of our time out and about enjoying the area. However we found our Suite was spacious, clean and a great place to come back to and relax. The back yard and private patio was probably our favorite. Great place to end our day with a glass of wine and relax. We only met with Susan for a brief visit but she was very nice and willing to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely space in quiet neighborhood

Check in was great the host was very accommodating to our needs. Provided snacks, ample towels, was clean, host washed our sheets during our extended stay of a month. The home was near a lovely walking trail and all amenities we required. We were very happy here and grateful to our welcoming hosts for their hospitality.

Home away from home

We stayed here for a week in July, and thoroughly enjoyed it! From the wonderful welcoming touches (wine, chocolate & snacks), to the elegant yet super comfortable decor, it surpassed our expectations! The bed was very comfortable, with lovely linens. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to ammenities, and to the Linley Valley trail system. The hosts are gracious and helpful. We have nothing but good things to say about this home away from home and would definitely stay again! Thank you Susan and Paul for a wonderful week!

What a gem

We enjoyed the space, the decor, the gym, the private covered patio situated in the quiet private backyard. The neighborhood was nice and the walking paths were plentiful. The owner’s attention to detail (comfy bed, high end linens, plush towels, robes, small appliances to allow you to make your own meals) were appreciated. It was a super experience. Beautiful and Clean! Great Stay!

This was in a gorgeous neighborhood, very clean and comfortable stay! Susan, Paul and Macy were very welcoming and kind. The bed is super comfortable and cozy! I loved all the little "extras" - small snacks, wine, petit chocolates, and popcorn. You have a mini fridge and a microwave. Full size bathroom, living room, and bedroom. I absolutely LOVED THE YARD. Very well landscaped and plenty of space. I'll definitely book here again! Mahalo! Carlie & Lola

Tranquil, Quiet...Serene.

We were looking for a vacation rental to get away to enjoy some peace and quiet and to relieve some daily stress given the current pandemic and after suffering the loss of two family members less than 5 months apart. This vacation home kept coming to the forefront and it did not disappoint. The home is beautifully decorated, quiet, tranquil and serene. It had all the comforts of home. The hosts were amazing to work with. They were very responsive throughout the booking process and accommodated us with a household request. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity to meet Susan. She is a very friendly, genuine, kind and sincere person. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful patio setting, we thoroughly enjoyed our brief get-away and highly recommend this vacation rental. A big “Thank you!” and our very best wishes to Susan and Paul for a wonderful future together. We’ll look forward to a return sometime in the future.
