Not what I expected

The pictures were not what we got. The floors were dirty my feet were black after the first day things were broken the back door would not lock. One side would always be unlocked. They need a broom and dust pan so we can clean during the week. The swimming pool turned green so the day that we were going to have some family over and swim we couldn’t because of that.

Great house But...

Check in was easy. Booking the property was also easy. Everything seemed great when we arrived. The walk thru...... the pictures are accurate but there were issues immediately spotted. Stains on all of the carpets in every room. The walls were dirty with aloy of marking. When we attempted to get in the Jacuzzi. The water level would drain below its usable level and we had to turn it off to refill every 5-7 minutes. I informed management but nothing was done. For the amount of money spent and the pictures on VRBO I expected better. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. There was even a cleaning fee. I walked around in white socks which turned black due to the dirty floors throughout the entire home. The furniture was worn and the leather was peeling on the sofa in the living room.. The pictures for the listing was taken at great angles for you to not see the worn furniture. We made the best of it but I will definitely look closer and be more mindful not go for the "Best" looking regardless. I did take pictures also.
