Deck Views

Walk through the glass doors to over 1,000 square feet of multi-level covered decks.

Jaw dropping views take your breath away, yet still keep you within a few minutes away from jumping into the Frio River.

Whether having coffee in the morning to appreciate the sunrise or wildlife, or a cocktail to end your day viewing an amazing sunset, you will have a hard time believing this home is real.

Kitchen/Dining/Great Room

Back inside you'll find 20' vaulted ceilings, wood floors, a fully supplied kitchen of cooking and dish-ware, a dishwasher and an inside dining area that seats 10, more than enough for the whole family. With an open concept kitchen and great room with amazing views.

The Great Room has a leather sofa and loveseat, side chair and built in seating bench for everyone to spend time together. With plenty of games, a flat screen TV and Wifi (300 Mbps via fiber) for a "work from home" option if needed.

Master Bedroom

This master bedroom with views has a King size bed, Queen size bed in the loft and a Queen sized futon with a private bathroom. Master bathroom has high-end finishes and a stunning shower.

Bedrooms

Continuing on the single story home, bedroom 2 has a Queen bedroom and built-ins. Bedroom three has two sets of twin bunkbeds. Both bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with another steam shower.

Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed our weekend stay at Bethel. The house is great and very comfortable and the view is amazing. My family and I had a great time. Thanks again to Angie and Greg for being great hosts. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Rental of this property is exceptional because the owners are wonderful to work with. Every detail of the property is well thought out and it’s unique setting makes for a wonderful getaway!

Romantic Getaway

Breathtaking views and peaceful. We loved our weekend at this house and really enjoyed feeding the deer and hummingbirds. It was a spectacular weekend.

Excellent getaway

We really enjoyed our stay!! There was plenty of cookware, flatware, blankets, pillows etc. the hilltop views were amazing. We had a family of 6, two adults and four children, I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House & Location

The house and location were awesome! something about being on top of a hill brings peace to your soul. Greg & Angie were great hosts :) they were very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. definitely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing and reset yourself kind of stay.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND HOME

We recently stayed at this property and it was AWESOME. CLEAN, All of the kitchen essentials, great barbecue area. Patio makes you feel like you are soaring right along with all the birds! Absolutely no complaints from anyone in our group!! Will definitely make a return trip.

4th at the Frio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bethel! This property is everything and more. We came during the drought and we are so happy we didn’t cancel our trip after seeing the amazing views and wonderful home. Greg and Angie were super accommodating and took great care of us. We will definitely be back!

Hilltop Hideaway

Photos do not do this property justice! The breezy location was private with beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country. Lots of wildlife to enjoy and an occasional (very friendly) neighbor to chat with during a walk on the lovely winding street. We will definitely rebook this property.

What a beautiful and comfortable space. Loved so much about our stay and the house. The views are speechless and the location is perfect. So close to so many things in the area. House was spotless and very comfortable space to lay your head after a busy day in Garner or on the Frio. Loved the kitchen and large table.

Great Views

The views are more incredible than pictured. We had a lovely stay. Smooth checkin. Flexible host. Clean home. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Would definitely return and recommend this home.

Amazing House

My family absolutely loved our stay here. Enjoying morning breakfast and coffee overlooking the valley was our favorite part of the day. The house was clean and comfortable. the hosts had everything in place for us and were informative on what was needed and wanted. They have some corn feed for the deers that come every morning. Bird feed as well. so if you enjoy nice views, comfortable living and peace and quite. this is the spot for you.

Beautiful Bethel

The views at Bethel are amazing! I couldn’t believe we were still in Texas! My family and I had a wonderful time there! You are located close to the Frio river and close to Garner State Park. The owners/property managers are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house was perfect for families. And it was SO clean! We cannot wait to go back!

Covid gettaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 2 adults and 7 children (our kids each brought a friend). The porch in the evening is a perfect place to relax. After dark, the stars are spectacular. We even saw the ISS. The location is convenient to the local swimming holes, tubing outfitters and to Garner State Park. We will book again.

A slice of heaven in Texas

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Clean, excellent communication and check-in details, and the view is worth it. If anyone in your group has trouble with steps, there are a few going down into the property but they are not bad and it is a beautiful entrance to the home. This is perfect for a couple or a family (or two). We will definitely be back.
