A lovely cabin with 2 bedrooms plus a loft with up to 3 beds and 2 bathrooms . Complete kitchen for making your own meals or we we will provide meals at an extra charge. Located in a quiet country setting..
Along with our jet tub for soaking, you can curl up on a love seat in the main sitting area watching a DVD or reading one of the many books available.
All this after a hike along the coulee edge.
OR There is great opportunity for skidooing in the coulee hills.
We are only 10 minutes from Halkirk and the rejuvenated Halkirk Hotel or the little “Flea Market” Store.
25 minutes from Castor where in the summer there is paddle boarding , kayaking etc on the picturesque Creek
35 min from Stettler where the Central Alberta Tour train ride
35 min to Forestburg.
Big Knife Park and the Battle River are only 20 min away with great hiking
Less than an hour to Buffalo Lake and just over an hour to Prairie Oasis ( a man made lake with nice green space and good boating).
Come winter we are only about 20 min to the little Alliance Ski Hill.

We had the most amazing time at Bernie and Bernice's cabin. Our doggies absolutely loved it there, especially playing with the kittens. So many outdoor games, books and lots of places to walk around the property. They even gave us a wonderful tour of the property and the circle square ranch. They have a lovely gazebo with firepit on the side of the cabin, which we used every night. I would highly recommend this property and I hope we can get back there soon. Just the most amazing hosts.

Gorgeous area. Friendly hosts, adorable assortment of animals around the property to visit with. Cozy and well stocked living and sleeping space. Felt like I was visiting my grandparents. I couldnt have asked for a more peaceful vacation. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

This is the best place to stay and to connect with Serenity. Bernie and Bernice are so wonderful. There were so many extra towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies in an organized way. So great to wake up with birds singing around, and the best view sitting on the porch early morning. The dog was so lovely and calm sitting beside you asking to pet him. Cute kittens playing around and lots of out door games. Thank you Bernie and Bernice to make this stay lovely and memorable. You treated us like a family!

Cabin was clean tidy and equipped. Lots of books to read. Very welcoming and friendly owner. Lots of game and out door fun for all ages. Owner of the cabin even offered a trip to the hills and creek. Lots of funa and we all enjoyed a lot.

Fantastic place to stay

Great, quaint little spot

We were suprised about all of the different games and activities they had, like a pond on the property fir for a canoe. We also really enjoyed the cats amd the horses. Hosts were lovely as well.

Super clean and cozy cabin with everything you need for cooking, baking, sleeping and bathing. Lots of beautiful land to explore, animals to visit ( horses, chickens, cats). The owners are great hosts and made sure the cabin has eveything needed to make your stay comfy and cozy. We loved the jetted tub, the size of the lofted bedroom and the huge assortment of books, indoor and outdoor games to keep us entertained in the evenings. Nice, large BBQ and fire pit area as well!

Our favorite family stay

We've stayed with Bernie and Bernice a few times over the past few years because our kids keep asking to go back.The cabin is lovely and spacious, has everything you need. What a great little cabin!

Fantastic cabin for time with your family. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful countryside, friendly animals and lots of recreation. Highly recommended!
