Well appointed, a large great room welcomes you with plenty of seating for family and friends where you can pop the popcorn and snuggle together to watch your favorite movies in the large flat screen TV. Features modern furnishings in neutral tones that blend seamlessly with the backdrop of the sparkling pool!

Just off the living area is a cozy study with an electric fireplace, where you can read your favorite book or just sit back and relax!



The kitchen and dining room flow nicely into the living room providing an open concept. The chef in the family will fall in love with the kitchen being the heart of this home with an oversized island and breakfast bar, boasting granite counter tops, plenty of cabinets, pantry, wine cooler, stainless steel appliances, extra kitchen gadgets and tools make whipping up delicious vacation meals a breeze, while a large center island provides ample counter space.



The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliders to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Two more bedrooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of this home giving guests a wing of their own. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen smart TV, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a classic sleeper sofa, able to transform into a queen-sized bed at a moment's notice to accommodate two extra guests, a flat screen TV, and sliders to the lanai area completes this room. The family bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower with access to the pool area. All bathrooms have hair dryers.



This home has the convenience of cable TV along with hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. In the 2 car garage there are bicycles and beach chairs, all for guests use. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



Private heatable salt water pool & spa for guests of all ages to enjoy! Enjoy lounging area or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or dine on additional patio table with chairs, perfect for entertainment! There is also a stand-alone gas barbecue.

The gorgeous white sandy beaches are full of activities - Shelling, snorkeling, boating and beach combing are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. 20-minute drive from the Boca Grande Causeway with first class saltwater fishing and water sports facilities, all in easy reach. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande.
