Beautifully renovated apartment 2 blocks from Forsyth Park. Completely equipped with all essentials to make your stay feel just like home. Enjoy a nice evening out on the back patio or just relax and enjoy the spacious living room equipped with WiFi/TV.

The Space:

This is a late 1890's Victorian home - we have kept some of the original features, such as the doors/trim, hardwood floors and some fixtures. It has been updated/renovated to adjust to the times, giving you everything you need to call this space home!



Guest Access:

PARKING IS EASY! Just pull right up in front of the house and park. ***Be sure to check the street signs for information on which side of the street to park on for which night as there are street sweepers.***



You may access the entire home as well as the designated outdoor areas (side deck and rear patio).

There is a washer/dryer you may use at any point in your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Our space is part of the beautiful Victorian District in Savannah, one of the first "suburbs" to be developed in the late 1800's. WE ARE 2 BLOCKS FROM FORSYTH PARK! You cannot beat that!



Getting Around:

There is a free trolley ride that picks up at the top of Forsyth Park (just walk down Park Ave. two blocks and in front of the shops is the stop). There is also a FREE City "uber" called The Downtowner - download the app and use it like you would any ride share app, but it's free. Otherwise, an Uber will run you about $5 to get to River/Bay St.

Pet fee: A one-time pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was terrific. We walked to two different coffee shops and also were surprised that there is a grocery store a couple blocks away ( we stumbled upon it when walking to a coffee shop).Historical Forsyth park is only a couple blocks away which made for nice early evening walks as well.The house was very clean and decor pleasant. Another simple yet awesome (never would have thought of) perk in the kitchen was a Brita in the fridge. A true case of the little things that make you happy.Thank you Chase for the great experience.

Had a great time in Savannah! The house is close to the park with great restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and Chase was easy to talk to about anything we needed!

Really cute older home in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from everything downtown and super close to Forsyth Park. Bed comfort was just o.k. And the common area was small for eating and watching tv. Parking was easy and we had everything needed for our stay. Great communication with the host.

The cottage is a perfect place to stay in historic Savannah. Close to the park, tons of restaurants within walking distance, easy parking, and easy access. The house is so charming with old features like wood floors, metal door knobs, and other details. It also has modern conveniences like a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Absolutely loved everything about this place (and they left out soooo many towels!). If we visit Savannah again I will absolutely look here first!

Very good location, the place was cute and was just what we needed for three old broads..... we had a wonderful time. My truck got ransacked by kids in the middle of the night looking for money. So, be aware and lock up. Keep nothing in your car. They stole a tool box and some old lottery tickets. I didnt let it bother me though, didnt want to interrupt my time with family and friends.

The space is lovely and the location was super convenient to everything. There were two things that were a problem. 1) The AC was not working properly due to the lightning storm. I know it was a freak event, but the response time could have been better.2) There was no broom or Swiffer to clean any spills.Lastly, it may be a long shot since we checked every room before we left, but I am missing a set of keys. Let me know if you have come across them.

Lovely property and perfect location off of Forsyth Park. Each bedroom is decorated in a different style and each family member had a favorite! Very confortable walking distance to everything in the historic district.

Wonderful! Great location and great place. It was more spacious than i thought. The bathroom is small due to it being an older home but was very comfortable with a lovely shower. Perfect for us and our dogs.

Awesome home away from home!

Will book again if we return in the future. Pet friendly and easy walk to Forsyth park, grocery store, restaurants, and the free DOT trolley to downtown. DOT map is very helpful.

Good location from which to visit old Savannah. Approx. 30-minute walk to River Street. Seemed like a safe and quiet neighborhood. Three bedrooms and a living room perfect for our mother-daughter weekend. Owner provided coffee and filters which we greatly appreciated.

Great Guys Golf Trip Location

Enjoyed the location and proximity to food and courses, but Uber service was prompt and downtown night life super accessible. Quiet neighborhood, safe to walk at all hours and decent food, coffee and park within walking distance.

Short Family Trip

Wonderful stay! Really appreciated: cleanliness, lots of bath towels/wash clothes, 3 bedrooms (plenty of room), cold water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, easy parking, great A/C, cute patio, and convenient location to all the tourist sites. We would love to stay here again if travels brought us back to Savannah. Thanks to Brandon and Chase for the easy communication and great unit!

Wedding Weekend

Good location, compact but has everything you need. Love little outdoor area with table and chairs. Easy to Uber to River street and Forsyth park is right there.
