Coconut Tree Villas are private and secluded yet moments to Lambert Beach for refreshing swim or short scenic drive to Road Town, the capital of the British Virgin Islands. In addition to quality accommodations, allow us to arrange your transportation, provisioning, trips to world famous dive sites, private excursions and day trip to other islands.

Four bedrooms each with private terrace, bathroom, Smart TV and King size bed. The two executive suite bathrooms have large Jacuzzi tubs, toilet and bidets. Air conditioned throughout with Washer and Dryer. a second smaller kitchen is provided for your needs or the villa can be divided to allow 2 two bedroom suites, each with their own kitchen and living area.

Unexpected Awesomeness

We were moved to Cane Garden Bay instead of the Villas and while we were at first concerned, the move was spectacular. The accommodations were top notch and the Cane Garden Bay is gorgeous

Lovely home with great views of the ocean!

What a quaint and welcoming home. We really appreciated the attention from the staff who greeted us and took us into town. Each room has a balcony and view of the ocean which is great for each guest. The kitchens were set up well with all appliances/items needed to make any meal, if interested. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Property as Advertised

The property was huge, all the rooms were incredibly spacious and well decorated, help greeted us at the door (and even ordered dinner for us) and the place was very clean. The view of the beach was incredible and we were greeted with a double rainbow first thing in the morning. Unfortunately we could only stay one night but it was a wonderful night. Highly recommend!

Last Night in Tortola

Our experience was a pleasant one. The location was close to the airport, which was key. We ended up having one side of one house and another house next to it, which split our group up, but that ended up working out since we had different departure times the next morning. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The houses were very spacious, including all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t use the pools, but they were clean and nice.

Tons of SPACE

HUGE villa! Perfect for two families as the bedrooms are on opposite wings. Furniture and appliances are a little worn...but I believe that for the money...this place is a fabulous. Tons of room to spread out and entertain. The on site manager is what makes this place very special. He is easy to reach, very helpful, and very discrete. If we needed help with something..he was immediately present. If not..we did not see him! Definitely need a car. Plenty of room for parking.

Superb experience!

Very spacious property with good amenities. Property managers Victoria and Alberto were superb - provided guidance and transportation into Roadtown on several occasions. Excellent value!

Great Stay in the BVI

We LOVED this property! Alberto and Vicky were great to work with and made our stay very comfortable. The views are amazing, the pool was amazing and the house was so spacious and comfortable. 5 stars all the way around!

Very large nice home

The place is a huge space with 4 large bedrooms. It's high up overlooking the beach and water. You can walk to the beach. However, walking back up the hill may be challenging. We enjoyed it as exercise.

Family Vacation

A lovely home with even better location / views. The home had a few minor maintenance issues but nothing that distracted from the excellent experience.
