Felix Saenz - Holiday penthouse in Malaga by Solaga

This luxurious brand new penthouse is located on the 5th floor of Malaga's famous building Malaga Felix Saenz, which was considered the most privileged location of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. It was completely renovated in 2011.

The accommodation is on the top floor of the building and offers a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table and access to a narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops. The living room has access to a fully equipped kitchen; on the charming terrace, you will find a dining table and breathtaking views of the city. The bedroom has an extra large bed, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. This apartment is of exceptional quality and is perfect for a romantic getaway in the city.

The accommodation has air conditioning, high speed internet, internet TV. Parking is only 100 meters away from the apartment.

Would recommend it to any visitors !

This was the perfect apartment for two guests it could not have a better location, and the whole team was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Carlos was kindly able to meet us at our desired check in time and was even a bit early, then he provided us with great local information. The view from the outdoor patio is so nice that it makes it hard to leave, but when you do want to explore, everything you want is in close proximity. Would recommend it to any visitors and hope to have a chance to come back soon!

Little gem

Amazing location, the apartment is comfortable and bright. Very quiet despite being in the centre. Love the balcony too. This is a great apartment. I may be a little expensive compared to others but we find its worth the extra. Solaga have always been great, they are si helpful and we have used them many times. We definitely recommend them.

Lovely Apartment, perfect for a couple

This is a spacious apartment in a good central location. It's perfect for a couple, has a comfortable bed(very important!), lovely terrace, good kitchen, a smiling, friendly doorman and is quiet at night. We have stayed here several times, found the Solaga team efficient and responsive, Carlos met us and as always, was welcoming and professional.

Nice flat and great location.

Excellent flat for a couple very centrally located for all of Malaga's bars, restaurants and other amenities and close to bus stops and taxi ranks. Good aircon, which was necessary even in April, and well equipped kitchen. Aircon could do with remote control to save people needing to get out of bed in the middle of the night to switch it on and off.

Très satisfaits

L’emplacement et la qualité de l’immeuble. Bel appartement avec terrasse. Matelas très confortable. Les espaces de rangement: dans la cuisine, dans l’espace de vie et dans la salle de bain. Ces espaces manquent surtout pour un long séjour.

A beautiful apartment with amazing views and for us in the best location.

The apartment is in a great location close to all the good shops, restaurants etc. We arrived before check in and Solaga was completely accommodating with communication via WhatsApp it made it easy to arrange an early meet up at the apartment so that we could drop our bags whilst the apartment was still being cleaned. We absolutely loved this little apartment which gave us everything we expected including great wifi. We also slept so well as the bed was really comfy, the curtains kept the daylight out and it was so quiet we heard no street noise being on the top floor. The views from this apartment are also great which you can enjoy from the roof terrace which has the sun until about 6pm. We loved everything about our stay and if we come back to Malaga we’ll definitely stay here again.

Generally good!

Everything was OK, clean and smart. The service was good when arriving and leaving, thank You! Small details: a small shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo. The reading lights in the bedroom could be better for old eyes.

33 marvelous days in Malaga

Solaga was right on with its recommendations for restaurants, transportation, bike rentals and sights. The apartment is perfectly located in old town, just steps away from the market, museums, restaurants, Tapa bars and shopping. The apartment is very well appointed, very clean and quiet. Would stay there again and not hesitate to recommend it to our friends. Everyone at Solaga was friendly and very professional. After 33 days there we can not think of anytime you can improve on.

Perfect Break in Malaga

This apartment is fantastic. Even better than the listing which in itself gave high expectations. We had a great time in Malaga. The location is perfect and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely City centre location

Great location in Malaga city centre. Perfect for walking around and visiting the sites. We were there during the festival in August and it was wonderful. Surround by fabulous tapas bars. The market is vibrant and full of fresh produce and amazing fish. The small roof terrace is large enough to sit out and read a book, or have a snack. Or watch the world go by in the square below. The apartment was smaller than I expected. However it was perfectly adequate for two of us. There are a few improvements I would suggest, but not that they really mattered. Shelves in the shower room for toiletries would be a benefit. The furniture on the terrace is very worn. I found the pillows on the bed uncomfortable, but my husband found them fine!

Fantastisch penthouse in wonderschoon gebouw aan een leuk pleintje…

Heel mooi 2 kamer appartement midden in het historische centrum. Ligging aan een leuk pleintje met diverse horeca. ‘s Avonds worden alle terrassen leeggeruimd en je hebt geen last van geluidsoverlast. Ruime woonkamer met comfortabele meubels, televisie en eethoek gedeelte met ronde glazen tafel. Afgesloten keuken, volledig ingericht met inductie kookplaat, vaatwasmachine en gewone wasmachine. Aansluitend het mooie, met bijna volledige privacy, terras met eettafel en 4 stoelen. De badkamer is niet heel groot, maar biedt alles waaronder een hele ruime inloopdouche met goede regendouche. Het gebouw heeft een centrale entree met conciërge. Hoewel in een voetgangersgebied gelegen bereikbaar met de auto en heeft een eigen P-garage. Solaga is een hele prettige en professionele organisatie om mee samen te werken. Ontvangst was perfect, vroeger dan 15.00 uur. De schoonmaak was nog bezig, maar we konden de bagage al achterlaten, kregen de sleutel en zijn lekker gaan lunchen. Toen het licht boven de badkamer spiegel kapot ging op een zaterdag, we er melding van maakten, stond een paar uur later al de technische man voor de deur. Een fantastisch appartement, met een paar opmerkingen over de badkamer, zie bij verbeteren. Anders had dit appartement een 10 gescoord. Wij komen graag terug naar Malaga en zullen dan zeker weer in een Solaga appartement verblijven. Een klein, eigenlijk niet zo’n heel belangrijk puntje is dat wij vinden dat bij dit niveau een Nespresso koffiemachine hoort.

Wonderful holiday

Bright spacious apartment in an excellent location with great views. Very quiet despite the central location. 2 more pillows would have been helpful and a super king sized duvet as opposed to 2 single ones.

Obviously the location is super good, the best of Malaga in your fingertips. The building was high quality, quiet and included security, Apartment accessories were well suited for our 3 weeks stay, everything we needed was readily available.
