This home is located in the gated resort community of ChampionsGate, only half a mile from the Oasis Club - which is home to a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a kids' splash zone, a well-equipped fitness center, tennis and volleyball courts, a movie theater, a restaurant, and bars. Just beyond the resort, you'll find Disney World only 12 miles northeast, and Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter 10 miles beyond. You can also take kayak tours of the cypress forests in Shingle Creek Regional Park (16 miles east), or shop and dine your way through Disney Springs (15 miles northeast).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
