Our Luxury Townhome on 4th Lake in the Adk Mountains, part of the Rocky Point Properties private community. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, Great-room with a wood-burning fireplace and upper & lower decks. The 28 acre, private community hosts an indoor heated pool & spa open, year-round, 1300ft sand beach, 3 tennis cts, volleyball ct, lakefront gazebo with panoramic views and direct access to snowmobiling on 4th Lake and Trail #5. The town of Inlet, NY is a 0.5 mile walk.
Our well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath(recently remodeled) townhome in the Rocky Point properties on Fourth Lake only one mile from the Inlet village. The fully equipped kitchen has also been recently remodeled with all new state of the art appliances. The guest rooms and living room have all be recently equipped with new Smart-HDTV-Roku TV's. Our beautiful townhome has multiple ceiling fans thru out the home, as well as portable stand fans that are readily available for use. We also provide bed linens, bath towels and beach towels for guest use at no additional charge.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire three-bedroom townhouse. Washer/dryer/full gourmet kitchen in townhouse. The townhouse is part of a private community, Rocky Point Properties. In the main office building is an indoor pool, hot tub, and game room that you will have access to, which is located near the main entrance.

*This is our home please be respectful of our property. Do not use planters as ashtrays, smoking is not allowed in the house.
Some spaces are shared - One parking space is reserved and labeled for the unit, additional spaces are available across the driveway in additional parking lots.
There is a landline. The cell service isn’t the greatest in the Adirondacks, so it may be easier to use this if you need to call anyone.
 
Condition of property: Tenant(s) agree to return the premises to the owner on expiration of the rental period in as clean and good condition as when the rental period started. This helps to ensure each and every tenant has an enjoyable stay. We ask that you wipe down kitchen counters, bring all laundry down to the 1st floor, sweep/vacuum, wipe out fridge/microwave etc. The cleaning fee collected covers mopping, cleaning all bathrooms, laundry(linens), deep cleaning etc. As well tenant(s) agree to repair, replace or pay for any breakage, damage, theft, and extra cleaning of the premises, furniture, and or equipment.
Before u you please turn down all heaters to 50 degrees when checking out. Please close and lock all windows, doors as well as turn off any lights and or fans. Please remove all of your perishable food from the refrigerator and wash your dishes.
* Please empty and remove all garbage from the home.
Please don't forget all the bedrooms and bathroom garbage
pails.
* GARBAGE- Please remember to recycle. When you
need to remove garbage from our home YOU WILL NOW
NEED TO BRING IT TO THE DUMPSTERS located next
to the main office/front entrance. Please make sure that you
use the appropriate dumpsters for the garbage or
recyclables. Please do not leave the garbage on the front
porch during the day or night.
