Located on the deep waters of the Assateague Channel with a view of the Assateague Lighthouse. This two bedroom, one bath condo with spectacular views is the perfect spot for fishing, boating, kayaking, bird watching, crabbing from your private dock, soaking up the sun and salt air breezes. This sleeps up to six people with one queen bed, one double, and two twin beds. If you love fishing, sitting on the porch, listening to the waterfowl, or watching the Assateague ponies or dolphins swimming by, this is where you want to be on your vacation. Very comfortable, clean and bright, with central air-conditioning and heat. Newly re-modeled with original artwork and beach decor. Dock your boat in our 21 foot boat slip and clean your fish at one of the two fish cleaning stations. Enjoy your catch of the day while stargazing on the floating dock . Could not have asked for a better view! Waterfront Lighthouse Views is beautiful, clean and aptly stocked with everything you could use to cook and eat. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions we needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you to our host!

We were so impressed with our place! The cleanness, had literally everything we could have ever needed. Communication was almost immediately. The views and that lovely porch I never wanted to leave!! The dock was amazing to fish and crab off of or just sit on. My son and granddaughter enjoyed it to the max!! I also enjoyed having sweet neighbors to talk with. One of the best stays ever. Ready to rebook!!

Stay here without hesitation. We loved it! The kids fished and caught crab off the dock beds and couches were comfy. Had all the cooking hardware we needed. Host was very responsive. Would come again!

This host is very responsive, and the property is very, very clean and very quiet (at least in the off-season when we were there!). It was so nice to be right on the water and see the ponies across the way :-) The only issue was that the bunkbed unit (double bed with twin bed above) was so wobbly and squeaky that it made it impossible to sleep. But the primary room (queen bed) is quite comfortable, as is the separate twin bed. So if you were going with two or three people, I would not hesitate to recommend this place!

My family and I had a great vacation! Perfect location! Close to the beach, restaurants, water park, and other fun activities! The place was clean and the owner is always very responsive! We loved being right on the water with access to the boat dock.

Really cute updated condo on the water, with boat pier right outside. I am a VRBO newbie, so didn’t realize when I booked that you have to bring your own sheets and towels. Also good to know that there is a unit above you that you can hear everyone walking, moving chairs, etc. Bunk bed’s screws need to be tightened, as we found it too squeaky to sleep in. Other than that, it was a great spot to enjoy Chincoteague and we even saw the ponies from the back porch!

Weekend getaway

Beautiful sunset views

Great location on the water with view of light house and horses. Kayaking nearby. House was clean with sufficient amenities. Check in and check-out was easy. A very relaxing stay!

Great place to stay during the off season

The property is near the state park, and the ponies made several appearances for photo ops. The beach was chilly but great for walking. Restaurants can be tricky to find at the beginning of the week until they open full-time for the summer. Overall, it was a relaxing and quiet place to stay.

Weekend getaway

The stay was awesome! The dock was awesome went a sat out there all hours of the night to star gaze. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. And the rental was very clean, easy to get to, and just all around nice.

Beautiful views

This was a great property for our family to enjoy beautiful Chincoteague Island. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the back porch and all of our activities were five or ten minutes away.

Beautiful view

The condo was just as pictured and the view was breathtaking!!! We came down for a relaxing bachelorette party and we all had a wonderful time sight seeing and relaxing!!
