The outdoor patio provides a scenic view of mountains and palm trees. There is covered parking, Wifi, and cable tv in the living room & master bedroom. You will the love the picturesque view!

Downtown Palm Springs is just a few miles away...close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and approximately 1 mile from Palm Springs International Airport.

Excellent Stay!!!!!

Our recent visit in January 2025 was terrific. Condo was very clean and description was accurate. Grant (owner) and Jason (concierge) were both responsive and very helpful. Had a minor issue with heating but Grant and Jason dealt with issue very quickly. Would recommend unit for short or long term stay.

Palm Springs getaway

Our condo at Mesquite Country Club was perfect for our stay during the Palm Springs International Film Festival.It's conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs as well as restaurants and markets on East Palm Canyon Drive. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, and the grounds of the property are beautifully kept, including the pool and hot tub. We would stay here again!

Hot October Vacation

My husband and I just got back from a lovely vacation at Mesquite Country Club. Our host, Grant's condo is really the best that we've ever stayed in! Clean and comfortable and close to downtown PS! A hot October this year so we were happy to partake of the beautiful pool and hot tub! Met wonderful residents as well and plan on returning!

Great rental

Very clean. Has everything you might need in kitchen. Well stocked with paper goods. Beds comfy. Quality linens. A/C works great. Pool just feet from door. Manager responded promptly to questions and took care of the one maintenance issue, arranged service and stayed at property while repair done.

Breathtaking scenery, spacious for four, very accommodating.

Amazing place to stay!!!

This was the nicest, most well-equipped VRBO rental we have ever stayed at. It’s huge, in an excellent part of Palm Springs (protected from valley winds) and only a short drive to downtown. The complex is very well maintained- including the pool which our kids (7&9) used multiple times a day! (The pool is literally 10 steps from the front door and you can see it from the kitchen window and one of the patios. It was incredibly clean and the owner and manager were very responsive (within minutes!) for any questions or issues we had. We will definitely stay here again!!

Can’t say enough good thing’s about this property everything you need from kitchen utensils to shower towels, pool towels comfortably bed really close to the pool and great neighbors around the pool. Grant & manager Jason are great & easy to deal with also easy to contact. The only downside is this property gets great reviews making hard to book for next year. Thanks again Grant & Jason for everything

Palm Springs oasis

Wonderful accommodation! Unit was easy to get to and had all amenities needed (other than shampoo/conditioner). Pool and hot tub were great (salt water). Will definitely stay here again !

Excellent Value in Palm Springs

Great find in you are staying a week in Palm Springs. 5 minutes from the airport but no air traffic noise. Short drive to downtown. 2BR/BA condo worked well for our family of 4. Appreciated the kitchen and living room gathering space. We also took advantage of the hot tub in the cool early evenings. Residents were friendly but mostly kept to themselves. Jason met us as arranged on arrival and was available during the week. Always nice when there are spices, napkins, vinyl wrap etc. for use. Minor suggestion: the kitchen knives were dull and could use an upgrade.

Great condo, right in the center of things to do

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed in. Everthing was super clean and all the items you could need were available. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, even spices were there. The fridge has an icemaker and water dispenser which are very handy. The pool is literally 10 steps from the front door and is heated and the hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. The beds are very comfortable. Check in was a breeze with Jason meeting us there and explaining all the amenities of this unit. It was a great week and we would stay here again if we return to Palm Springs.

Great condo near the pool. Well stocked with gear and condiments. Seamless check in. We liked so much we tried to extend our stay for another week, but unfortunately it was already booked
