Maria was super helpful and communication was very easy. The farmhouse was lovely and suited our needs perfectly! I'm planning to come back for some more diving and would love to book again.

Lovely house with a great view. The swimming pool was made very good use of with the hot weather. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Great location were you can easily walk into Victoria and Xlendi.

The host was absolutely charming and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The property itself is perfect - a typical Gozo farmhouse with pool only 10 mins walk from Kercem town centre and 20 at most from Victoria. Property was clean and tidy, everything worked, perfect wifi, basically faultless.

The host was readily contactable and friendly. The key safe worked well. The layout of the property includes lots of steps, but if these were not a problem for the fit and healthy. The property is rustic and a little dated but full of Gozitan charm which we fully enjoyed. I found the lighting a little subdued in the bedrooms , but manageable. Air con worked well, it was very hot weather. The pool and outside space is great and has fabulous views. The walk to Victoria also up and down historic steps and through historic landscape was lovely and not too challenging. l advise a torch at night as it is rugged. Although quite central to amenities , given its closeness to Victoria, the environment in Kercem has a lovely open spacious air given the views and just enough local amenities for convenience. We came away wishing we could stay longer, and are likely to go back. I have been to Gozo 7 times, this was the best so far.

Maria was a wonderful, lively charming host. The property while a little remote if you have any mobility problems it was perfect for us and a real slice of traditional Gozo. We loved it and would happily return for longer than our 1 week.Thank you Maria

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious, clean and comfortable, the views are incredible, the location is perfect as it overlooks a quiet agricultural valley but its only a 15 minute walk into vibrant Victoria.I would describe the style and amenities as rustic and comfortable.

Pool and house fantastic for us. great bars and restaurants in Victoria and walkable as we didn’t have car. The pick up from the airport was perfect

We all really enjoyed our 7 night stay in the farmhouse. Great location and lovley village vibes We all slept well, and the air con was more than sufficient We spent most of the afternoons around the pool , very peaceful and relaxing , the pool was great!!The host Maria was super helpful, though we had no issues , but knew we could contact her if we needed Recommend the local eatery’s , both 12 o 3 and the sports bar !! Small local village shop which stocked everything you could need Short walk into Victoria or the local bus which ran every hour ! Overall a great holiday !

Quiet village with friendly people everywhere we went. Great food to be had in Victoria. Regular and timely buses and ferry. Maria always available and very helpful. The blue lagoon and ramla bay well worth a visit. Good time he by all

Lovely peaceful stay

A lovely building with lots of room. Great swimming pool with a fantastic view across a valley. 20 minute gentle walk into Victoria. We had a great week, super relaxi g and peaceful. Maria was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend

We loved the farmhouse, the area was beautiful and central, breezy and cool. The pool was wonderful and when we werent eating out, we cooked some lovely meals and ate them on the terrace overlooking the valley. This is a lovely and relaxed place to say and we'd highly recommend!!! Any questions we had were quickly answered by our lovely host who was just up the road.

Fabulous farmhouse

The outside space was perfect for family of 5. The children spent a lot of time in the pool, despite it not being heated. We loved the scenic view from the terrace and balcony. The supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and bar in town made it easy to stay local if we didn't want to drive. Victoria is also walkable for a change of scene.

Very nice, quiet location, easy access to Victoria.

We had a great week here. The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful location but also only about 20 min walk from the centre of Victoria. The host Maria is very nice and was available if needed but we didn’t need to call her as we had everything needed. The pool was great, the view is lovely and the property is spacious. All in all we found it met our needs very well. Thank you!

Lovely villa, great location

Had to find last minute alternative accommodation due to building work at original booking. This did not disappoint at all. Great location, only 15 to 20 mins walk to Ir-Rabat/Victoria. Pool was great and a good sized property. Maria was very helpful, quick and easy communication.

Relaxing and stress free stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here last week. We absolutely loved the property, the photos don't do it justice. The pool area is great for relaxing with a view, and the little balcony off the kitchen is perfect for both breakfast and a drink before bed. The location is spot on too, easily walkable to Victoria. It took us about 15 minutes to get into the centre itself. Quick and easy Uber/Bolt ride to nearby places such as Xlendi too. There's a couple of fair-sized supermarkets in Kercem itself, as well as a pub and a bakery.Our host was helpful and always on hand to help or advise as needed. We'll be recommending it to our friends!

Spectacular views of Lunzjata valley. Good sized pool. Equipped with all necessities. Very helpful host. Only drawback - the pool is on the ground floor while all other rooms are on the 1st floor. Would have been convenient to have a small bathroom the ground floor

Lovely stay

Beautiful house with an amazing view. The house had a modern middle ages vibe. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. There are a few small things that could use an upgrade. A bit of new kitchenware and a bit more pressure in the showers can do the trick. But other than that a very characteristic place to stay and a very helpful and thoughtful host.

Nice house with plenty of character. It would have been nice to have been informed that there is a requirement to pay tax of 50c per person/per night. The swimming pool was adequate, the size of pool should have been listed. Previous reviews are misleading and that a car is required to visit the beach-45min bus journey otherwise.

The host was extremely helpful in providing directions when our flight was delayed and we unfortunately arrived late- she had even left some groceries for us which was kind. The house and pool are in a beautiful setting and quite central- so nowhere is further than about 15 mins by car. We loved the pool, view and size of the rooms. Wish I’d read the small print closely, because we didn’t know the aircon was on a coin meter until we got there (fair enough). There was a huge fridge and very basic kitchen. The gas stove (extremely old) leaked gas so we turned it off at the bottle. The floors and bathrooms were not too clean but it’s a rustic setting and we had a great week there.
