Your brand new ULTRA PRIVATE, SUPER CLEAN AND VERY UNIQUE SPACE with 9ft ceilings is immaculate, centrally located, modern, and bright. It is peaceful, secluded, and a highly desirable layout that affords you privacy and comfort. With its own PRIVATE entrance, PRIVATE bedroom, PRIVATE living room, PRIVATE bathroom, and PRIVATE washer and dryer, you are able to relax and unwind without interruption, interference or disturbance. We live in a highly desirable and safe community just outside of the downtown core near UVic--away from all the noise of the city. With its own separate entrance, your private spaces are all fully furnished. You have exclusive access to a new washer & dryer, new Sealy Posturepedic mattress and high end finishings-- including free parking in the driveway. Your spaces are sparkling clean, very private, quiet, and south facing with views of the Olympic Mountains! We highly respect your spaces and your privacy.

Using the lockbox beside your private entrance will allow you to self-check-in and check-out.

Your suite has high quality finishings such as quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting and Italian 12 x 24' porcelain tile in the bathroom and even high end Grohe faucets!!!

Your bedroom has a full size closet and brand new queen-sized plush mattress (Sealy Posturepedic Pillow-top--medium firmness) with organic, cotton sheets.

There are lots of oversized windows and all windows have window screens and blinds. Your living and bedroom floors are beautiful and bright, wide-plank, white and grey laminate. Your living room furniture has swivel chairs, footrests and adjustable height island chairs that are 100% genuine leather.

We value respect and cleanliness and will ensure your private spaces are extremely clean for you!

There is a lockbox with a key mounted on the right hand side of your separate and private entrance. We will provide you with the code which changes after every guest(s)’s visit prior to the day of your arrival. This will allow you to self-check-in and out.

The property is walking distance to countless different amenities that truly separate us from other locations. We are a 45 second to one-and-a- half minute walk to multiple major bus routes including the 4, 8, 14, 22, 27, 28, a 2 minute walk to St. Michael’s University School and liquor store, 3 minute drive or bus to the University of Victoria, 3 minute walk to Camosun College, 2 minute drive to the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 4 minute walk to Hillside Mall (Walmart, Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, many fast-food restaurants, shopping stores, pubs, restaurants, banks, medical clinics and many other amenities), walking distance to Mt. Tolmie, Oak Bay, and Fairfield, and only 5-7 minutes from the downtown core to enjoy the beautiful inner harbor, Parliament Buildings, iconic Empress Hotel, and fine dining/sightseeing options. There are several parks, golf courses, recreation facilities, hiking trails, and beaches close by with countless indoor and outdoor recreational activities available such as kayaking, swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, sailing, ziplining, squash, fishing, tennis, art galleries, museums, and movie theatres near-by. We are a 7-8 minute drive to Mount Doug and Uptown (Walmart and countless other shopping stores) and a 20 minute drive to Colwood and Langford where you'll find Costco, Thetis Lake, Rugby Canada, 10 pin bowling, Grizzlies hockey, Bear Mountain, the Great Canadian Casino, Rebels Football, and the Westshore Mall.

Numerous tourist brochures including bus schedules and other handy tourist information is available for your perusal to help assist you with scheduling and planning of your outings and activities. A 40 second walk down our street gets you on the bus to downtown or UVic.

We both grew up in Victoria and have lived here all of our lives. We love VRBO and have started to host because we love travelling. We are athletic, love the outdoors, and love good food, good friends and both are fortunate to have our families living here as well. We are quiet and respectful and work full-time. We feel extremely fortunate to live where we live and even do touristy things around town, especially in the winter and summer. Chris plays ice hockey on a local team with a friend he grew up with and I love running with friends on a regular basis. We like strong coffee, nice wine, and walking around our neighbourhood. We are excited to welcome you into our new home and look forward to having you stay in our beautiful suite!
