Great family time in a great place

We loved this property. It was just as it described and the photos were accurate. We spent New Year’s Eve and the week around the holiday with family. We ate at great restaurants that were close to property. The outdoor space is lovely. My boys watched a lot of football in the spacious living area. It was a great trip

Best vacation house ever!

Loved everything about the property! House was spotless and beautifully decorated. Hard to tell by the pictures, but 4 large sliding glass door all open to the patio. The layout of the bedrooms allows for privacy for the primary suite and makes the house feel huge! Kitchen was well stocked. Pool/patio area was perfect and where we spent most of our time. Location was great. Short drive to beaches and even shorter drive (less than 5 min) to stores. Thank you Joy for sharing your home, we made many wonderful memories there!

Perfect Place

We had such a wonderful week here. This property was PERFECT for our family. We were able to spread out, and the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Everything was easy here. It couldn’t have been any better!

Zero regrets in Marco Island

It was love at first sight when I came across this booking option and I’m so glad we reserved this home. Our first trip to Marco Island was wonderful because of this listing. Perfect location, spotless home, enough room for us to spread out, and a gorgeous backyard. The owners are so kind. Ideal home for a chill week away from reality.

Beautiful Marco Island home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island and this house was beautiful and immaculately cared for! Pictures depict exactly how lovely the house is. The house has everything you could ever need with all the comforts of home. The pool was beautiful as well. We didn’t want to leave. Joy was a pleasure to work with!

Beautiful and Immaculate Home

This home looks exactly as pictured: spotless, perfectly designed, well-stocked. There truly was not a thing missing upon our arrival. The location is excellent, grocery, restaurants, Starbucks :) all within a minutes drive or short bike ride/walk. My sister's family rented a home, same week, about 3 miles south of here and they kept telling us that our location was more ideal. I did contact the owners shortly before our arrival based on a recent 1 star review they had just received. The review mentioned a few concerns and I wanted plan ahead if certain things were needed. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring. Literally, everything was perfect and I am still confused how someone could find so many negatives. We rented a pontoon for the week and they graciously allowed us to dock it right there as they have a nice open spot along their dock, with bumper protection installed. Those type of details are endless and will make your stay very easy, as a vacation should be. I personally do not find this as an issue, but some might... there is a noise ordinance in the area. Our first day we were swimming and the kids got a little noisy in the pool. The neighbor next door made it very clear by peeking through the hedges that he was on the lookout. :) Basically, this is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We have traveled to many places, and stayed in numerous rental homes and wonderful hotels. We are picky when it comes to cleanliness and quality. This home exceeded our expectations on both. Thank you for a great week!

Better than described and pictured!

Impeccably clean, exceptionally well-appointed, and actually more attractive than the pictures! We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing yet luxurious place to stay. Joy was as responsive as any host I have ever dealt with. The pool, dock, outdoor grill, bikes, etc. were all such nice additions to the comfortable beds, great water pressure, and super-comfortable couches and sitting areas. If our travels take us back to Marco, we will definitely check for availability here first!

Beautiful, Clean, & Overall Great House on the Canal

We loved our family vacation at this Marco house! We’ve been to Marco 3x now and this house was by far our favorite. The finishes were so nice and being on the canal was great. We rented kayaks and paddle boards for the week so we could just drop them right in and go. The photos are very accurate as to the house! For reference, our family is all adults (4 young adult kids, parents, grandmother) and Marco was an easy place for us to all fly to and meet. The house had plenty of rooms and beds for us to spread out. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home !

We had an amazing time at this beautifully decorated home. The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool area overlooking the water . Great location and Joy was a pleasure to work with . We would definitely love to stay there again!

Very compromised vacation experience

Bought the hamburgers, ready to grill the first night. Found out the gas tank was completely empty. Contacted the owner and was told we need to pay for new gas tank ever though we only want to grill for one evening . Recommend future resident to bring your own paper towel, trash bag and toilet paper. Kids complained about the cold shower, and husband complained about the interrupted zoom meeting due to weak WIFI. I got quite a few bug bites from sitting on couch.

Christmas and New Years family trip

Great holiday get away

Beautiful house , great location. It was a bit cool when we were there over Christmas which really cooled down the pool. Having the bikes was great to tour the area. We used them on several occasions. Overall a great experience and a beautiful property.

And the living is easy...

Perfect house that allows for privacy yet plenty of space to gather. Wonderful, open floor plan where the beautiful outdoor space is an extension of the interior. Fresh and well appointed lends itself to a great vibe and that it felt so clean made us feel safe and comfortable! Highly recommend as it is a floor plan that can accommodate a variety of situations.

A Great Vacation!!

Joy/Anthony were great hosts and the house was exactly as indicated! Very clean, very comfortable, very roomy and just a great experience. Everything is new(er) and the location is in the middle or next to everything. Great for families and kids! We'll be back!
