UNIT 203 (Remodeled in 2020) 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Central Air-Conditioned Unit with a full kitchen, dining area, living room & 2 lanais. The bedrooms and Living Room all have an ocean view. A NEW pull-out sofa that turns into a Queen Bed allows for up to 2 additional guests. All New Window and Sliding Door Coverings installed in May 2021.
Located in North Kaananapli just a couple of miles north of Whalers Village and the Canary.
New LG Washer and Dryer Large Capacity
New Beautyrest Pressurepoint Mattress with adjustable bed frame purchased on April 20, 2023
Unit 203 has an excellent location in the resort, close to the water, beach, pool, and restaurant with ocean views. If you book 203 you are guaranteed Unit 203. No one at the front desk will say sorry, it isn't available.
This unit was remodeled in September 2020 including Master Bathroom; Guest Bathroom, Master Suite, Guest Suite, lighting, 3 TVs, a lounge sofa, a lounge chair, and all-new artwork. All new appliances including a range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer & dishwasher were also added as part of this remodel. The New Sofa and Reclining Lounge Chair are perfect for a nap or watching TV when not out enjoying Maui.
There is a New (2025) Large Washer and Dryer inside the unit for your use along with plenty of laundry detergent.
All the Kitchen Amenities you will need including a coffee pot, toaster, blender, crockpot, knife set, and all the silver, cooking utensils, and dishes are available in the unit.
Kaanapali Shores is an oceanfront development offering hotel-style amenities: an oceanside restaurant, two pools, two jacuzzies, lighted tennis courts, a fitness and massage center, a salon, a jewelry store, a sundry store, outdoor grills, and more. The garden pool was rebuilt in 2015, featuring a water pool, cascade bubblers, water jets, a rock island, and a bridge. The Ocean Pool was just remodeled (2024).
Other amenities include a hand cart for food and luggage transportation from the parking lot. Iron, Ironing Board, Umbrellas for those warm showers and Misc. Beach Equipment.

We had an amazing stay! Honestly 10 out of 10. we traveled to Maui for my 40th birthday, me, my husband and my eight month old daughter. The condo was everything we wanted and more. The property is so beautiful too, and the pools were never crowded and busy unlike the hotels nearby. In the beach was wonderful my husband snorkel right off the sand. When we first arrived, there was no water and I panicked however John quickly responded, and assured me that the building was just doing maintenance and it came back on 20 minutes later. They provided a pack and play and even a highchair to make our stay wonderful. Every day, I fed my daughter her bottles in the recliner and we watched the sunrise, the sunset, the pool, the ocean, in fact if we weren’t facing out towards the lanai, she got fussy. Thank you again for a wonderful trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was incredible and we felt like we were at “our” home away from home. Our hosts were very responsive to any and all questions. The condo was well stocked, clean and so comfortable. It was Hawaiian themed throughout. Not only was the location perfect in Maui, the condo itself was next to the pool and restaurant. It was nice to use the side door to go to/from our room. Beach views were also spot-on. The resort is very family oriented but it is also perfect for couples and friend stays. The only issue was having to come home! Also, you can rent from the hotel portion perhaps for a bit cheaper, but cannot be certain where you’ll end up so i recommend this rental in particular. Overall, you’ll be quite happy here! Highly recommend!

Great Stay
We had a great stay with our four kids. Plenty of room and a perfect location! The condo was clean and so close to the pool and beach. Would stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable in the condo. The view is amazing! We spent most of our time on the lanai.
