COVID-19 UPDATE: For our returning guests you know how meticulous we are in cleaning. For new guests please know our house is immaculately cleaned every time. All sheets and bedding are thoroughly washed in hot water and soap. We also use Purell hand sanitizing wipes and wipe down every surface, knob, tv remote control, to ensure a clean environment. We also have an ultraviolet light air sanitation system installed in our HVAC air and heating equipment which means all air flow is treated for mold, bacteria, viruses, etc. More info if you want to look up the system we installed and love. This is a 1926 Spanish house that was torn down to the foundation and studs and rebuilt in 2015 from the bottom up as a new, Modern Spanish Smart Home.

This Smart home is outfitted with the very latest in technology including a house wide Dolby surround sound speaker system, a EcoBee/Wink heating and air conditioning system, and the newest Apple TV with all your streaming aps including Netflix, Spotify, and YouTubeTV. The whole house can be simply controlled with the iPad Mini that includes a welcoming house book explaining the features and amenities of this luxury property. The house is also protected 24/7 by outside security cameras in addition to a friendly and effective alarm system. The house also has a state of the art whole home water filtration system, a high alkaline drinking water system, a built in jacuzzi, and is powered by a 5kw solar panel system hidden on the roof.
