Overview of the property:
• Sublime is a brand new, stunning 3,200 square foot, 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom, luxury beach home w/ spectacular 360-degree water views from the rooftop Widow’s Walk. NEW PRIVATE, HEATED, SALT WATER POOL! There are also water views from 2 other floors, and a 2-minute golf cart ride or 5-minute walk to the beach. Property has option of club membership, which include 2 club pools, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, basketball, and tennis courts. The home has 2 massive screened in decks off of the main living area and bedrooms with water views, and a 1300 square foot entertainment deck for family game night. Sublime is incredibly comfortable and spacious for large groups, with high ceilings, a dining room that seats 16, and a huge gourmet kitchen. 6 of the 7 themed bedrooms all have king size beds, are equally equipped and elegant, so everyone feels like they got the best room. The property has been professionally landscaped and maintained for ultimate privacy and tropical setting. 2 golf carts are included with your stay, and additional carts are available for rent and are required for larger groups. Our property management can attend to your every need during your stay. We personally oversee all the reservations, to ensure you get the excellent service you deserve. Overview of the island:
• North Captiva is unlike any other beach destination. This exclusive 3-mile long ½-mile wide private barrier island is only reached by water taxi or private boat. You are met at North Captiva docks by our property management crew, which will provide white glove service by handling and transporting all your bags while you are taken on a brief tour of the island and get checked in. Picture old Florida living on a paradise island with no cars, crowds, high rises, or streetlights. Beaches everywhere and only battery golf carts and bikes explore the sandy palm tree lined roads. You are within walking distance to the most pristine white sugar sand beaches in the world, some are completely private and untouched in a 350-acre wildlife nature preserve. Watch a family of manatees (babies!) from the nearby docks. See dolphins playing, island tortoises, and view a large variety of island birds up close in their natural habitat. Imagine unparalleled beaches, shelling, star gazing, wildlife, kayaking, fishing, biking, swimming in the 2 club pools, and hot tub, without the crowds to spoil things.
