T2 apartment facing the sea, renovated in 2019, quiet, in a small secure residence.
Breathtaking view of the mouth of the Odet and the Pointe de Sainte Marine.
You can admire the comings and goings of the boats from morning to evening.
In the evening you can enjoy a superb sunset on the Pointe de Sainte Marine on the terrace.
At the foot of the residence you will take the walk or bike ride towards the center, the casino, the Thalasso (reduction of 10% for our guests), the cinema, the beaches ...
Bénodet is a 5-star seaside resort, facing the Glénan archipelago.
There are many leisure activities (hiking, biking, boating, swimming, kayaking ...).
The apartment consists of an entrance with large closet and washing machine.
A very bright living room equipped with a 2-seater convertible sofa, overlooking a beautiful sunny and sheltered terrace.
A fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave grill, dishwasher, induction and hood).
A bedroom with storage and large closet (160 * 200 comfort bed).
A bathroom with bath, shower screen and heated towel rail.
Private parking space opposite the entrance to the residence.
Visitors parking and bicycle storage.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Cosy appartement with amazing view
We spent one week in this fantastic place. The sea view is amazing and we loved to sit outside. The kitchen is well equipped. Nothing is missing. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again.

A pleasant stay
A modern, well-equipped and comfortably furnished apartment with views of the sea and a south-west facing balcony. Quiet location, 15 minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Ideal for 2, not for 3/4. Hob did not work, despite googling operating instructions, so all cold meals (not a problem). A fan would have been helpful as no aircon, also a canopy/parasol for the balcony, as it faces the sun from noon until sunset. Parking space tight. Owner contact good.

Great location with great views across the bay
Lovely apartment and great location with wonderful views across the bay. We did find some nice touches such as coffee (a fresh coffee machine for filter coffee was provided).
One or two things we think could be improved - a list of items included with the weekly cost could be drawn up - for instance, tea towels, hand towels and bathroom towels -A note of the collection day for rubbish and recyclable waste and location of outside bins would be helpful.
There was a little confusion about cleaning at the end of our stay although we had paid for cleaning listed as the service charge in the quotation we received.
We have to say that Beatrice was very helpful when we contacted her about some of these points
Overall we both enjoyed our stay and would really recommend the property to any other potential clients

Schönes Appartement mit Traumausblick, sauber und guter Ausstattung. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und fußläufig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Radverleih etc. in 10-20 min. erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Änderungswunsch und Beatrice & Thierry haben hier unkompliziert reagiert. Vielen Dank nochmals! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Benodet hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir konnten viel unternehmen und haben viel von der Landschaft und Umgebung kennen gelernt.Vielen lieben Dank an unsere Gastgeber.

Très bel appartement , très bien organisé, bien équipé de la cuisine, aux jeux de société à la documentation sur la région. La vue de l’appartement sur la mer et la cote est exceptionnelle. L’appartement est très bien placé à la fois très au calme et à 5 min du centre de Benodet. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine dans cet appartement.

L’appartement et son emplacement correspondent bien à sa présentation. Déco moderne, bord de mer. Excellent accueil par l’hôte . Une très belle semaine. On le conseillera à nos amis.

Apparemment impeccable dans un petit immeuble au calme situé à moins de 100 mètres de l'océan. Vue magnifique depuis le salon. Parking privatif. Centre ville de Bénodet facilement accessible à pied en suivant la belle promenade du front de mer.Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

1 Woche in Benodet
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Ausblick grandios und die Lage sehr gut Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Séjour magnifique dans une location superbe
Excellentes vacances dans un appartement super avec une vue magnifique directe sur l'océan.Le propriétaire est charmant ,très accueillant et très à l'écoute.L'appartement est super propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour très agréable .La région est riche à découvrir avec de belles excursions en voiture ou en bateau.La publicité AFITEL est tout à fait conforme à la réalité

Un petit paradis avec vue sur la mer
Nous avons adoré cet endroit idéal pour evacuer le stress. Un appartement sympa, des commerces pour le nécessaire, des balades à pieds et la découverte d'une très jolie région. Et la gastronomie bretonne excellente.
