Where rustic mountain charm and modern sophistication come together to provide the ideal haven for family ski vacations, romantic mountain getaways, or wayfarings to the lively Main Street. Beautiful hardwood floors and master-crafted wood finishes make this mountain retreat feel just like home. After a day on the slopes, warm up by the fireplace on the plush sofa with the après-ski snacks you prepared in the state-of-the-art kitchen and take in the majestic mountain landscape.

Nearby Activities: The Moose Cafe (for breakfast), Snowbird, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain (Ski Resort), White Pine Touring (Walking Snow Shoe HIking), Montage at Deer Valley Spa (Massages), Bobsled Ride at Utah Olympic Park, Historic Main Street (Shopping and Dining).

Home Truths:
- A sleeper sofa is in the living area for additional sleeping arrangements.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- No Smoking in the units or anywhere within 25-feet of the building.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
-There will be exterior concrete repairs ongoing throughout the complex through the month of July.

Parking Details:
There is an underground garage stall.
Additional parking is available at the front of the property. They are unlabeled and are first-come, first-served.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Great spot

Great option in PC. The traffic on the main road is a bit brutal but this unit and complex are quite lovely and very new. no complaints.

Ubicación muy buena y el servicio de shuttle en canyons excelente. El condominio muy amplio y limpio. Lo único es que toda la vajilla y tasas son solo para 4 personas y no tenia asador como lo mencionaba en el sitio de VRBO

Great place.! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was brand new. I am willing to bet we were the first people to stay there. We really enjoyed the space. The only problem we had was the code for the front door lock did not work and I had to call them to get a back up code. A few minutes later they called me with one that worked. Minor hiccup (hence four stars on check in) that they hopefully will not have in the future. The property is a five minute walk to the cabriolet gondola other wise I would have given them a five star rating on location. Overall definitely five stars!
