Hello Anne, We are happy to hear that you were pleased with certain aspects of your stay. The other factors mentioned, like the deep snow and other environmental circumstances, common during a good winter in Vermont, and undoubtedly beyond our control as the vacation rental company. Winter is in full effect and lasts long in Vermont, which is the draw for people visiting from all over the country, as Killington offers the best skiing trails in the Northeast. In regards to the cleanliness of the property, specifically the toilet, we want to highlight that the cleanliness of each property is our main priority. Our mission as a company is to provide stellar housekeeping and cleaning services, especially in the wake of COVID-19, which may require extra time in some cases. Our housekeeper was in the process of cleaning it when you arrived and although on a time constraint, she was able to fully complete the cleaning process. We have been receiving a high volume of reservations lately, including late check-outs and early arrivals, and sometimes the task of completing our exemplary housekeeping practices overlap with guests' arrivals. The health of our guests and staff is of utmost importance to us and we will continue to strive for that excellence. Thank you.
