Modern and updated, this first floor unit has a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large pull out couch and a garden view and a private balcony. Comfortable & cheerful, a place to relax between fishing trips. Stairs required. 28-day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking.
The Space
The condominium is right on the bay with two pools (one heated), a beach area, workout room, game room, community room, fabulous sunsets and friendly residential atmosphere. Safe and secure gated community with elevator access.

Features/Location Description
Summer Sea is a multi-story residential waterfront condominium with a friendly atmosphere with on-site management. The perfect place to spend your vacation. This condominium is on Plantation Key just north of the famous Marker 88 Restaurant, a 5-star gourmet restaurant with outside bar. Four restaurants within walking distance. The complex is located at mile marker 88.5 which is within The Village of Islamorada. With an abundance of community areas such as a beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch, large, shared kitchen/entertaining area, game rooms, a gym, beach, 2 pools (one heated), laundry rooms etc.
28-day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking.
Florida Lease required. application and background check performed by the condominium is required. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5-day notice, and their $200 fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel your reservation a 3% cancellation feel will be charged to cover costs. Please note that the security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. Feel free to inquire for all details.

What a wonderful and magical place Summer Seas is!

What a wonderful and magical place Summer Seas is! We loved everything about it and had an incredible experience! Starting with the moment we stepped out of the car, we met Jonelle. Jonelle met us with a beautiful smile and greeted us with such enthusiasm! We came to the Florida Keys for healing my body from chronic illness and it did not disappoint. Jonelle helped us with our bags into our new “home” for the next month, condo unit 125. The unit is lovely! It is updated with all the amenities, comfort, and style. It’s open-concept LR, DR and Kitchen with a bar stool counter has a wonderful flow. The bedroom is a nice size with a very comfortable queen bed, a huge closet with storage and a large dresser. The reversible sleeper sofa with storage chaise is super! We have never seen this type of “sleep sofa” and found the trundle pull-out bed very comfortable and made an extra “bed” for our daughter who visited us for Thanksgiving. The bathroom has a nice walk-in large shower. The lanai was a very nice space to relax, work, or eat outside on. The view is very nice with lush green grass and trees and a good peek of the marina, ocean, and beach area toward the waterfront part of the complex. Summer Seas is a lovely condominium complex that has a great amount of amenities! It is a securly gated community with plenty of parking. The marina area has newly updated docks and is a great addition for the complex residents and renters who want to bring their boat by trailer. The pool was just redone last year and is very large and heated. There is a kiddie pool and ample table, chairs, loung chairs and umbrellas. There are grills and picnic tables in a couple of areas on the waterfront side of the complex. The beach area has many adirondak chairs, a fire pit, and more grills and picnic tables. It is so wonderful to watch the sunsets from this area! We were so relaxed and comfortable during our month stay this past fall. We loved our unit, Summer Seas and Jonelle! We highly recommend everyone experience all of the offerings here!

Amazing views and a lot of amenities!

I rented the condo for 3 months due to a contract to work in Tavernier Florida. This condo (125) is amazing! It is well keep and beautiful. The Summer Seas Condos have a play room for children, an adult room with pool table, a party room that can be rented privately, card tables, books, gym, pool, kids pool, beach front, boat ramp, kayak ramp,and the most amazing views of the sunset off the roof of the condos. The people are very friendly and I had no problems at all while I stayed there for three months. I would definitely rent from Summer Seas Condos again.

Cozy apartment in good building

nThe place was well equipped and in a great location. The buildings many amenities offer everything I needed. Wish I could have enjoyed more of it, but unfortunately it was during the beginning of the covid lock-down in the county. Time spent in the room was easily done with wifi and many tv options. Fans in every room and a nice porch made it easy to keep cool.
