Charming and inviting 1+ bedroom carriage house apartment. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of Dordt University. Completely furnished with full kitchen including utensils, washer/dryer, WiFi/internet, Hulu live TV. Garage parking may be available upon request. The apartment features one traditional bedroom with king-sized Sleep Number bed, and one loft-style bedroom space with bunk beds to accommodate at least 3 additional guests. Almost 1200 square feet of light and airy living space with ample, open-floor-plan kitchen, dining and family room areas. Comfortably sized single bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The apartment is its own private space, separate from but adjacent to the house, which sits on a 2 acre lot. Dedicated and secure entry through the garage. Enjoy beautiful views from the apartment balcony during the spring, summer and fall! Family-friendly. You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful Property

This is our second stay here and once again it did not disappoint!! We love this location, how close it is to the University and how beautiful the area is!! Can’t wait to come out again for a nice relaxing stay in beautiful Sioux Center!

A great place to stay.

Close to both Dordt University and Northwestern College. Great living room space, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable sleeping quarters. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Property!

This was a great place to stay while in town for Dordt's graduation. The host was very responsive when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment. It was quiet, and the sleep number bed was a nice touch! I would definitely stay again!

A Suite Retreat

Great place to stay for my extended work visit. Nice, quiet location with a short drive to anywhere in Sioux Center. Loved the access to the city-wide walking path, or to a relaxing walking path through the country. Grateful for the time spent. Next time I'd bring a bike. Perfect place to base out of for your Sioux Center needs.

Lovely little place

The little apartment was lovely, clean and very comfortable. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner was very gracious about the whole situation. It is a little apartment above the garage and so every time someone used the garage door you could hear it going up and down but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Our stay from July 1-6

Koty was friendly and open to meeting with us if we could not access our rental. The steps were formidable for our elderly guests, but well-lighted and with proper handrails. This is a great property for a family, or younger adults-only because of the stairs to climb.

Clean, Stocked, Simple

The property was very clean, newly remodeled. All the essentials were stocked... coffee maker, cooking utensils, linens, etc. There is not an abundance of seating, so larger groups (3+) may find that restrictive. Also there is no adequate outdoor seating area for guests. It's close to town, close to the walking trail, plus the property is a beautifully manicured suburb. The rental space is basically a mother-in-law suite attached to a large suburban home. Despite seeing the family who lives in the main house, we had little to no interaction with them. It's a nice, convenient place to stay. Worth the price.
