This is a newly renovated spacious 1BR/1BA apartment that sleeps 4. We provide a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. We are located in a perfect downtown location with excellent views of the mountains. You can walk right out your door with just steps to Elk Avenue where all downtown shops and restaurants are located. We are also only 1 block from the bus stop where you can catch the free shuttle up to Mt. Crested Butte. We also provide wireless internet. Business License #006280

The property itself was superb! Very spacious and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that the town needs to address the parking situation for overnight stayers. There is no overnight parking in public parking lots. And during the day, parking on streets is 2 hours max. Luckily, the host was able to find us private parking for the duration of our stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, as long as we have guaranteed overnight parking and where we don’t have to keep moving our car.

Cool, convenient spot in Crested Butte

My wife and I stayed in this property for 3 nights over Christmas. This has to be the most convenient location in CB! It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the bus to take you up to the base area to ski. Walk the other way on Elk Ave. and you have every restaurant and shop in CB within a 5 minute walk. The unit itself is nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. Beth was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a great stay

The setup of the unit was very good and the location is superior! It was not difficult to find parking on the street. There were a couple of maintenance items which should be addressed. The lights were nonfunctional in the kitchen area including even the down lights on the microwave. Also the cover was missing from the thermostat which made it difficult to know how to set the temperature. Finally there was a chair in the living room with a very wobbly loose leg…an accident waiting to happen. The only other strange thing was the business unit next door who had a large group for what sounded like a drum circle..,only an hour, but interesting…. Also the listing should mention its in a commercial building (barber shop, real estate office and massage/ wellness practice)

Walkable and spacious

This property is amazing. Walkable to anything in CB and at minimum a 10 minute drive to beautiful wildflowers hikes. If we come back I’d absolutely stay here again. You’ll be happy you booked this place! We also loved the windows opening during the evening for cool nights and breezes coming in.

We enjoyed our stay here. Apartment location was an easy walk to downtown and to hiking paths. Apartment kitchen well equipped, clean and in good condition. Had questions for property owner and she responded in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay if we return to Crested Butte again!

Perfect place - great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The property was perfect for my daughter and I - right on the main drag in town and we easily shopped around and found some fun food and beverage places to go. Beautiful surroundings too! The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean and well kept. We'd come back for sure. Cheers!

Amazing Studio Apartment! Right next to Elk AVE!

Great location right next too Elk Ave. Quick walk to all the shops, and bars! Place was clean, spacious and had all the essentials. Best priced nightly rate in town. Highly recommend.

Property was in a great location right off of Elk Ave...within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also less than a 5min walk to the bus stop for the town shuttle that takes you up to the mountain to ski. Would stay again!

The property was fine. Could use a bit of a better lock on door. Location was fantastic. Just steps to Elk St. where dining and shopping abound. Very close to the nordic center. Had a wonderful time both inside and outside the property.

Location, convenience, and vibe

Property is located right a few steps to Elk St. Parking in front of/near the building was easy and available. The property has a nice lay-out and feels very spacious, comfortable and quiet. An adjacent ski storage by the front door was convenient. Just a great place to spend a few days in downtown for skiing or the apres-ski activities. Will definitely stay here when we return in the future.

Clean and Cozy!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in this neatly appointed apartment. It was easy to walk to wherever we wanted for food or shopping, and it was so convenient to put on our ski gear, walk a block to the stop, and take the free bus up to the mountain to ski. We cooked most of our own food and were glad for the well appointed kitchen! We would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Crested Butte - perfect location

We had a great time walking everywhere from the apartment. Parking was very convenient in front of the door. Apartment was well furnished and decorated and super calm. One suggestion is to add one blanket or a comforter to the bed… we like to sleep with no heater on and stay warm under the covers
