Palm beach living extends outside to the terrace for Al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun. Pool is heated, and the beach is only two blocks away.

This is a true one bedroom apartment and not a hotel room. You will be comfortable in the large living space, with a very pleasant terrace.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was great. Excellent communication from start to finish. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We’d stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at the property and can’t wait to return for our next visit. Great location in the heart of the island. Beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. We loved being able to have our own private balcony to enjoy the sun and beautiful nights. Great location to access the beach as well as a nice pool area. Would highly reccomend!

This was our second time staying in Alan’s unit. Couldn’t be happier. It’s exactly as pictured. The bathroom was upgraded since our last stay 2 years ago. Looks great! We love it here and plan on staying again next year for our girls weekend.

Room was clean and well stocked. I’m so glad we opted for the larger space in the building. The host communicated within minutes before and during our stay. The location was perfect. We were steps away to all the best restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend!

The residence is lovely! This is my second time to stay. It’s within walking distance of several world class restaurants, boutiques and the beach. The spacious bedroom and living area are separated by a door allowing for privacy and room to spread out. The kitchen’s refrigerator/freezer was large enough to chill our breakfast foods for lazy mornings as well as refreshments for afternoons on the balcony. My husband said the king bed is very comfortable and he’s quite discerning when it comes to getting a good nights sleep! We love this place and hope to return soon!

Location is 10/10 - walkable to the beach, cafes, The Breakers, etc. Loved the balcony. Overall, perfect space for a girls weekend!

An inviting, cozy retreat

We loved our stay. The location was great, in a safe neighborhood and everything at the condo met our expectations. Loved the fun decor, beds were comfy and we would definitely return!

Our stay was wonderful and the accommodations fabulous. Only one glitch and that was at check-in where Front desk didn’t have info about us. I immediately texted property manager and he called the front desk to clear things up.

First time Palm Beach stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. The convenient location put us in the heart of Palm Beach close to beach, sights, and restaurants. The apartment is charmingly casual with all the necessary amenities. Staff and owner both available, responsive, and helpful.

Long Weekend Away

The unit is just as pictured! Be prepared for window unit ACs, they work but just aren’t quite as strong as central AC. The on site pool wasn’t too packed and had lots of seating. A few restaurants are right near by and it was easy to Uber everywhere.

All that and a bag of chips

This is truly a beautiful space. Incredibly comfortable, stylish and elegant. And it feels like home. This gorgeous apartment is an oasis situated in a wonderful part of the Island. Tucked away in a building filled with nostalgia and history, this retreat made it hard to leave. Plenty to experience within a mere five minute walk. The pool setting is magnificent and all your worries will melt away. The host has appointed this getaway with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. In short, don’t miss out on this great spot. We will certainly be back.

Palm Beach Dream

Alan’s place is exactly as described. You cannot beat this location for the price! Check in was easy and everyone is very nice. The building was built in 1925 so yes there are some common areas that could use updates. It’s called character :-) Alan’s space is perfect for 2-4 people. Terrace is huge! The only minor critique I have is the dried bird poop on the terrace. It needs a good power washing. Can’t wait to come back again!

Unique property and a great neighborhood

We took a long weekend for a first time trip to Palm Beach. This is a very unique condo in a historical registry building. Beautiful heated pool and a great patio area to enjoy a sunny morning coffee or evening cocktail. Beach access was a few blocks away. The owner had lots of beach items available to bring down to the beach. We loved that we didn’t need to rent a car as everything we did was within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Amazing restaurant literally across the street (Echo) and a beautiful church with an amazing choir next door. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or the area. Palm beach was nice and quiet but close enough to walk or Uber to West Palm beach for a more lively evening vibe. I highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to be back again soon.

We loved our stay at “Palm Beach Paradise”! We’ve stayed in the building several times, and really enjoyed the extra space this unit has. Alan was communicative and helpful, check in was easy, and the unit was very clean and well appointed. The location is perfect as well, so close to everything Palm Beach has to offer. We will definitely stay with Alan again!

Outstanding Property and Host

Spotless property with no details overlooked in the perfect location. Had a very European feel and loved the decor and the private outdoor balcony. Super comfortable beds, great linens, good wifi and most of all the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Lovely 24-hour building staff, quiet workspace/library and pool. Don't you love it when something exceeds your expectations? Can't wait to return and rent the same unit.
