This 750 square foot vacation rental is one of our most popular casitas. With two bedrooms and two baths it'll make a families vacation come true! Kitchen counter has two bar stools.The living area and kitchen spill into one another making it easily to visit with one another. It has all the authentic touches -- a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile, and hardwood floors. But it has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences, including cable tv, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, air conditioning and complimentary high speed internet access. This casita boasts a large enclosed patio that is ideal for an outdoor evening on a mild summer night. We have complimentary parking so you can just park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes! Between the plaza and the brand new Railyard, you'll have plenty to do!

the place had charm, but was too small for us - heating funky. It was well stocked. We had some issues checking in and moving out, but host acted promptly to correct them. Location good.

Great location - too small for 4 adults!

It was much smaller than we anticipated for 4 adults - only 2 stools - no place to eat together. Sitting in the living room area was a challenge. The place desperately needs a coat of paint and could have been cleaner.

Edge of town convenience

Perfect (except for the road construction nearby) location to walk to various sites in Santa Fe. No issues with the unit itself (plenty of supplies) but bathrooms could have been a tad brighter. Overall. nice stay for a few nights.

Calm in the storm

We'd been looking forward to this vacation for months and it got off to a rough start. Host responded quickly prior to trip and during. Once we finally made it to the casita we were able to instantly relax. Lovely little home near downtown, easy to walk to sites and restaurants

Santa Fe Getaway

The property is lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for a morning walk or run. There is a fireplace for chilly mornings or evenings. There is a great porch in front with a table and chairs. It was so easy to get into town and over to the galleries on Canyon Road from this location. We used Uber once, but the rest of the trip was on foot. Mary Ann quickly responded to any inquiries I had along the way. Accessing the lock box was easy with an extra key in the house. The only snafu was somehow I thought we had two twin beds and a queen, not two queens; our reservation was for three people. It must have been another casita I viewed. We found the couch in the living room to be a pull-out-hooray-but unfortunately, it was broken. A note under the couch pillows said not to use as the bed would not fold back up. That was a disappointment. So one of us slept on the unopened couch. Not too comfortable as we get older. The pull-out would have made the sleeping arrangements easier. But overall, a wonderful weekend and casita.Thank you.

Perfect location

My sisters and I loved our stay in Casita A. We especially appreciated the amenities in the kitchen and being situated in the historic downtown area.

Location, location, location!

This place was wonderful. The 2 bdrm, 2 bathroom was ideal for myself, my sister and her husband. The house is not large but was plenty big for the 3 of us. It is located an easy 10 minute walk from the plaza. Every morning we would walk to the French bakery for pastries. Also located in a central area for great restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked even though we ate out most of the time. Plenty of hot water for showers- a definite plus. Not fancy but everything you could ask for in a place that is centrally located.

Great stay!

Enjoyed these casitas so walkable to the Plaza and historic spots. Attractive and well appointed. Private front porch great for breakfast or glass of wine in evening. Grassy areas for dogs about two blocks away but they loved meeting new friends along river. Key box at front door challenging to open.

Fabulous Casita A

Absolutely fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, etc. paper towels and toilet paper were abundant. Beds have lots of bedding, nice thick plush towels. The casita is well located. We walked everywhere. The response from Mary Ann was prompt every time we contacted her. We enjoyed the 1930s casita very much. Thank you, Mary Ann.

Destination wedding

We had a great weekend at Casita A. We were back and forth to the Plaza daily. Our location was quiet and residential yet close enough to the "action", the Plaza and surrounding attractions. The rooms are very small and the mattresses extremely soft, but having indoor/outdoor seating area was terrific for hanging out in between our various events. We would definitely return.

Fun Casita in a great Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this adorable place. The Casita offered everything we needed and the location is awesome. Walking distance to many of the wonderful places Sanra Fe has to offer. The Host was great to work with. We look forward to staying there again!

Location, location, location!!

This was a great place to stay. Location is everything. Very walkable to the plaza. Casita was super cute. Bed very comfortable. Couldn't get the TV to work but I didn't try very hard and didn't need it anyway. If you need big bathrooms this isn't your place but it was fine for me. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Air conditioning almost worked TOO well. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Mary Ann!

Charming hideaway

Great place to stay near the plaza in Sante Fe. Quiet, clean and charming on a quiet side street. Very walkable to coffee, food and shopping.

Easy walk and parking

We had a brief but lovely stay. So appreciated having parking spaces and easy walking to the Plaza area. Also walking along the river and up to Capitol area. We also visited the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture thanks to the map provided.

Cozy spot

This is a very cozy stay for anyone wanting to enjoy Santa Fe. Location may not be accurate with listing so double check address for exact location. Great communication with owner. Location is about 12 minute walk from Plaza. Indoors space is clean but small. Limited outdoor space. Great value and great service.

Quiet casita a short walk from the plaza

Nice quiet street, just a short walk from the plaza. Mary Ann was super responsive and accommodating. The bed was a bit soft and the bathrooms super tiny. But it was fine for us.

Delightful Casita

We so enjoyed our time staying here. The front faces west, so breakfast on the patio was so pleasant and relaxing. We did have 4 adults, so having 2BR/2BA was super helpful. Since there is a working fireplace that takes up one corner of the room, sitting so we could converse was challenging, but completely doable. There is a couch that seats 3 and a chair plus 3 counter stools. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure, and the AC worked great. We didn't do any cooking, but we did find everything we would need to do so in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The accommodations were clean and enough for our 4 night stay. The area is great and walkable to some restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, and attractions. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Girls trip

We chose Santa Fe for our girls trip. there were three over 65year olds. The Casita was darling. It was nice to have two bedrooms and bathrooms. The walk to the plaza was a bit too far for one of us, so we ubered. We really enjoyed our stay. MaryAnn was delightful to communicate with. She answered all of our questions promptly. Thank you RC

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita A is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen and den spill into one another making it easy to visit with your guests. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). Enjoy the kiva fireplace on those cool evening. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, each with their own bathroom. Extended stay guests can enjoy their own washer/dryer. Private outdoor patio perfect for an early morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings.

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
