Welcome to Waterway Getaway-Your home away from home! Newly renovated for 2026!

Newly renovated for 2026! Waterway Getaway is a 3 BR/2.5 BA 2,400 sq. ft. home located on the ICW. Centrally located 10 min. from the MB Int'l. Airport and just a few miles from everything MB & the Grand Strand has to offer. Fully accessorized main kitchen has all the conveniences of home. There is also a convenient kitchenette overlooking the intra-coastal waterway. There is a huge master bedroom with a large boutique-style custom closet and nicely appointed 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Main 2 bedrooms have private access to their own porch overlooking the large back yard and waterway. There is boat ramp access & floating dock access in your own back yard with lounge chairs for enjoying the sun, the views and activity on the river. 4 single kayaks are available for guest use. Sandy beach exposed at low tide for swimming or just enjoying your own private beach!

Property was exactly as advertised and if anything the pictures doesn't do it justice. We had a wonderful stay and the hosts Mark and Cindy were awesome and very helpful. Highly recommend this place and we definitely plan to stay again.

The place is very spacious and clean! Great view out back. Host had great communication skills. Had just about everything we needed. Will definitely consider again when I'm back in the area!

If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it—you won’t be disappointed! Everything was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Cindy was a phenomenal host and made the entire process easy from start to finish. She truly helped make our vacation extra special. Our family had a fantastic time, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful home with beautiful views. My family & I enjoyed relaxing in the backyard more than going to the beach! Cindy was a wondrrful host! Would highly recommend checking this place out if you are staying in the area!

My family loved our stay. The host was great, communicated throughout the stay and the house was fantastic. Larger than it looks from the photos even. Super clean, modern, well decorated and spacious. My son wanted to buy it on the first day he loved it so much. My wife started shopping for some of the same decor for our house. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Stop thinking about it and book it. You won't regret it.

Beautiful property. Clean. On a quiet street. Owner surprised my Mom with Roses, card and sweets for her 80 th birthday. Would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed all the way down to the toilet paper! The homeowners have gone above and beyond to make your stay a luxurious one. Beautiful home and property. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

One word ...awesome. Loved our stay here. Hosts were next door and available to help and offered to help us several times. Loved the house and the furnishings...whatever we needed for cooking and prep was included. Very relaxing. Loved sitting by the river and watching the boats go by. certainly would stay here again.Les

This is a amazing House! It so relaxing to have both the pet-friendly vibe and the convenience of boat access to the Intracoastal Waterway. The fact that the owners, Cynthia and Mark, are right next door and friendly must have added a personal touch. The House and the views were amazing

Amazing Stay

Always an amazing stay, Cynthia and Mark are incredible hosts. This is our second time staying here and the house is always incredible. Perfect place to stay for any trip to Myrtle Beach!

Top notch everything

Everything about this house and the owners was perfect. We will stay again as the whole experience was seamless. Beautiful views was a major plus for us.

Great Place to Vacation

Cindy & Mark were both great to work with and the property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Truly enjoyed being close to all of the activities in Myrtle Beach, but having our own quiet and relaxing place to return to each night, while enjoying the waterway and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and would return again in the future.

Beautiful Home - Relaxing Stay

We traveled to visit our son at CCU. Perfect location between the university and the beach. The home is wonderful with ALL the amenities. The property is amazing and so peaceful to relax on the deck and watch the boats go by. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Mark is a former Marine and I am a former flight attendant. We have owned & operated our own business since 1996 & recently retired. We reside next to Waterway Getaway and are available if you need us. Your privacy is of utmost importance however we do share some common areas. We have 2 small dogs that stay on our property & are not left outside unattended.

Waterway Getaway is a wonderfully appointed property in a great neighborhood. You have easy access to all major highways and attractions. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Feel free to relax on the dock, swim in the river, enjoy the sandy beach, go fishing or take the kayaks out for exploration of the area. There is no development on the other side of the river so you have lots of privacy out back. With advance notice, we may be able to accommodate your boat or jet ski(s) with access from the backyard to the waterway.

You will find all of the comforts of home including 4 smart TV's with cable, 2 Keurig coffee makers, abundance of cooking and dining utensils for home entertaining, board games, books, etc. A full size washer & dryer is available for your convenience. The main bath includes a walk-in shower and a bathtub; the 2nd bath has a walk-in shower. There is also a half-bath in the main living room area. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet & private porch access with seating. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & private porch access with seating . The 3rd (middle) bedroom also has a queen bed suite.
