Sea Pines Resort is one of the most sought after places to stay in Hilton Head. Just a short walk from your front door are two golf courses: Heron Point by Pete Dye and Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III. Sea Pines Beach Club is where you will go to access the pristine sand and warm water of the Atlantic, but be sure to browse the local surf shop on your way! For a day trip, make your way to Harbour Town where you can window-shop at boutiques and see the candy-striped lighthouse. On your way back, stop by Truffles Cafe for a glass of wine and a bite to eat before heading home for the evening!

Perfect place

Awesome first floor Plantation Club condo. The location was perfect with easy access to Sea Pines Beach Club and everything else on the Island.

Great location

Property was very clean and the location was great. A short 50 yard walk to rent bikes, and being on the golf course was amazing.

Great get away

We loved the proximity to the beach. Also, grateful for a ground floor condo so our dog could go out easily. Fun bike riding and fishing!

Reasonable in Sea Pines

Centrally located in Sea Pines and was very convenient to the Heritage golf tournament, the beach, and outside of Sea Pines. Rate was reasonable and overall the property was great including good WiFi for working online.

Great condo!

This was a beautiful condo with everything we needed in a pretty setting. The management team does a great job with an easy check in and out. The gated community was lovely with bike paths, shops and great restaurants. We enjoyed our short stay.

Great Bed! Pool not open in off season

The location is great, we loved Sea Pines. The bed was super comfortable and the layout was perfect for us. We were thankful we brought a Roku to stream TV instead of being stuck with cable. We did bring our dog and the place was great for him as it is on the bottom floor and was easy to get him in and out.

Nice area good place

Very convenient to everything. Vacasa was a quite nice experience. The only 2 downsides were the table lamps throughout the place were flimsy and need replacing. Also the master bath could use a refresh.

Convenient, centrally localted ground level condo in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. The main leaving area and bedrooms have been recently updated, however, the bathrooms and kitchen areas are due for update. It is an easy walk to the Sea Pines beach club and Harbour Town and a nice bike to South Beach. We didn’t have any issues and the check in process was relatively simple. The second bedroom has a queen/single bunk and another single bed. Our fur baby enjoyed her time as well.

Decent condo for families!

The kitchen has everything you need! There is a big dining and living room area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with a good amount of closet space. The bathrooms definitely need updating and it looks like they are starting that process. The rooms could use a paint job too. There was plenty of parking spaces. It was a very convenient location near grocery stores, restaurants, attractions and the beach. I highly suggest renting bikes so you easily ride the short distance to the beach and we had a great time riding to a nice petting zoo and all around the resort.

Quiet & close to beach

Nice location, roomy, has what you neéd. Good walking paths too. Several small things in condo need repair. Master bathroom celing fan,screen on sliding door torn. Tv is challenging to operate. No instructions for tv.

Average but a bit disappointed

Upon arrival the unit appeared to be average. The main bedroom had a damp and musty smell. Had to purchase a candle to help overcome the smell during our stay. The bathrooms tub shower need replacing. The plumbing/faucet had a steady leak/drip. The exhaust fan in main bedroom bathroom was awful loud and sounded like a jet engine while on. The AC unit was also loud. The patio is very small and the building itself could use some repair. The outside entry had no lighting so at night you could not see to enter the key code. The love seat had a broken leg so we propped it with books. No ceiling fans which would probably helped with airflow and lighting. The refrigerator did not close well and ice maker didn’t produce ice very well. I have stayed at other villas in Sea Pines and would most likely not stay at this one again was not quite as good. It did however have what was needed but there is better out there for the price.

Good

1. Door code did not match what was sent in packet. Had to have it reset by After hours operator (Approx 5:15 PM). 2. Master Bathroom was smaller than any other rental we have had on HHI (this was our 10th visit). 3. No TV in second bedroom. This was the first time in the 10 visits.

Great location - needs updating

Loved how close it was to the pool and just a short bike ride away from the beach. Several issues when we arrived - smelled of smoke, not very clean, one bed was broken, and porch light was out, and the place overall is really outdated. It has an old refrigerator that doesn't stay closed without some work, and ice maker doesn't produce much ice. No main lights or fans in the bedrooms and bathrooms are outdated. They did come out next day to address all the issues, but spent a really uncomfortable night and day. Definitely felt the high rate, including fees, was not worth the quality of what we got.

Mixed review

Ok, the place was nice but on closer inspection not very clean. We ended up cleaning our unit. We had issues finding the office to check in, GPS/Google maps is wrong!!! The staff was super friendly. The code to the pool was incorrect and even after calling to get another code we were unable to access. Luckily some nice tenants gave us the code. Also we were told we could access the beach thru the club house but were told our passes only allowed us limited access and were turned away. The location was good, I love Sea Pines and the proximity to Harbour Town. Disappointed overall.

Disappointing

We rented this property specifically because it allowed pets. The pet fee was $150 for 2 dogs. When we arrived the unit was filthy with dog hair everywhere on the tile floor. We swept it up with a broom since the vacuum cleaner did not work. Wyndham Vacation Rentals, the property management company, offered to send someone out to clean but we had already swept the WHOLE unit. The next day we had to purchase a blow up mattress because the couch mattress was so thin it was like sleeping on metal. Wyndham’s only solution to this issue was to use an egg crate they could provide to put over the mattress or rent a cot or blow up mattress. On our last evening, we went to dinner and apparently our dogs “caused a disturbance” from barking and a tennant complained. We received a phone call at 5:30 p.m. regarding the complaint. Yes our dogs bark when they are alarmed and when people look through the windows. That is normal. We were called by a manager the next day to tell us that we would be charged an ADDITIONAL $250 because we had 3 yorkies, not 2 and they were not crated and caused a terrible disturbance. My daugher ended up bringing her dog which I thought would not be a problem since all 3 dogs are very small and are good animals. Unfortunately, that was not the case. So, if you rent from Plantation Club Villa’s through Wyndham Vacation Rentals, beware of “pet friendly” accommodations. They must rent to people who are not “pet friendly” and immediately call to complain when a dog barks. Housekeeping does not properly clean the “pet friendly” property either. However, Wyndham Vacation Rentals is happy to charge an excessive fee for an extra 7 pound dog while having zero regard for your comfortable stay.
