At home feeling.

The Apartment was great. Was in town for my son's BCT graduation. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy a family dinner. Living room had a great couch and smart TV. Rooms were great size and comfy. Definitely would recommend.

Fort sill graduation

The apartment was very clean and nice. Very close to fort sill and very easy to get there for graduation. Lots of places to eat nearby. The manager checked in on us everyday to make sure we were fine and to help in anyway he could. We would stay there again if we are ever out that way again. Great place for the money

We stayed here for nine nights, and unfortunately, the experience did not match the listing or our expectations.The biggest issue was that the bathroom sink was unusable for nearly four days of our stay. I reported it immediately, but despite multiple follow-ups, it wasn’t repaired until Friday afternoon. During that time, we had to brush our teeth and perform our daily hygiene at the kitchen sink. VRBO ultimately had to intervene before the repair was completed.There were also several other maintenance and housekeeping issues. The apartment was not as clean as expected, bedroom ceiling fans were missing light bulbs and glass shades, the living room lamp was missing its shade, and there were broken blinds. The listing advertised accommodations for six guests, yet only two bath towels and two washcloths were available for the whole apartment. Communication was polite, but most updates stated that management had created a work order or that they were “following up.” While the sink was eventually repaired, the management company declined to offer any compensation despite the apartment not being fully functional for a significant portion of our stay.The location was convenient, but the condition of the apartment did not reflect the listing photos, which appear to have been taken when the unit was in much better condition. I hope the property receives the maintenance and attention it needs because it has potential, but based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here

The price is right.

We booked this apartment with 5 girls to visit my daughter who is expecting, we threw her a babyshower and we came from ga. Im gonna be honest, when we arrived the place looks rough from the outside, but it was super quiet, neighbors were very friendly, the apartment was super clean, and the management is amazing, checked on us via messages the entire time. There are some things I wish the apartment had, like mirrors in the bedrooms, for getting ready, hard for us with 5 girls and one mirror, a toaster, we ended up buying one, and ac in the bedrooms, we bought box fans for the bedrooms, because there is only one ac unit in the livingroom, the sink in the bathroom has a slow drain, so we had to wait a few mins in-between time to brush our teeth for the sink to drain, and the light in the bedroom wouldn't turn off unless the fan was off too, so I had no ceiling fan at night in the bedroom, but those are small things, i travel all the time, and i only rent houses, condos, cabins, etc, and i will definitely stay here again, esp since James did such an amazing job! Thank you for letting us stay

Visiting Fort Sill

It was quit and charm. Comunication was good. Check in good. Everything was ok except for the heat, it needs another a/c unit or pedestal fan. We had to buy two fans.
