We were a family of 10 adults and we all found that this apartment was excellent for our 3 day stay in Rome before departing on a cruise. We were met by the apartment cleaning lady who was an absolute gem. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier we managed to get along just fine. The apartment was very clean and we all appreciated having our own shower in each bedroom plus queen size beds. The owner arranged pick up from the airport and also departure to cruise terminal. We were extremely happy with this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome with a large group.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. Emy was wonderful and kept the apartment extremely clean. The location was perfect for accessing the metro to get to all the sites. We would highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for hosting us!

Great location and helpful host

Enjoyed our stay on multigenerational trip. Clean comfortable rooms, great that everyone had own bathrooms. Host very kind and helpful. Fantastic location close to many things.

Great experience

This was our 4th time we stayed at this property and it is just as awesome as the last 3. It as clean, easy to find, great communication with the owner and best of all is the location. Near the Vatican and with the subway entrance literally in right at the front door, you can reach all the sights in minutes.

Wonderful apartment

Great location right next to the Ottaviano metro station and a short walk to st. Peters. Wonderful apartment with lots of space and an excellent host.

Wonderful property for large adult group of adults.

Nine of us spent five nights at the apartment. It was perfect for us and Fabio was a wonderful host.

Our stay was amazing. The room was located about 10 minutes from the Vatican which was nice. Tons of great restaurants nearby with better pricing than over by the ruins.

very comfortable for family

Five comfy bedrooms, each with its own private bath, suited our family perfectly. Daily maid service was a plus we hadn't expected, but definitely appreciated. A variety of good restaurants close by, as well as St Peters, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc.

The perfect Rome property.

This was a fabulous place to stay! The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group, and I loved the living area and the kitchen. Fabio was an amazing host and helped us with anything we needed. I really couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect for big family

5 bedrooms are great for all the extended family members. Close to Metro and Vatican and great restaurants in the neighborhood. Excellent communication with the host and thanks for helping arrange transport to the airport

Beautiful Property

This apartment in Rome was wonderful! It was clean, centrally located and the owner was very accommodating! If we ever visit Rome again we will definitely be staying here. All the rooms were very clean and each person had their own privacy. Just loved it!!!

Fabulous!

Lovely property in a fantastic location. Fabio was a great host, arranging taxis and restaurant bookings. 5 ladies in the party and we each had our own en-suite bedroom, communal kitchen and sitting room very well appointed. Would book again if visiting Rome.

In Rome for Ordination

Perfect location for large family group including kids. We rented both the apartment and guest rooms below. Fabio was very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay.

Great for a large group. We had 9 people. 5 rooms and 6 bathrooms made it comfortable for everyone. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Lots of places to eat in the immediate area. Fabio was great checking us in and giving us a few pointers about the neighborhood

Perfect location and venue for large group

10 family members stayed for 3 days to enjoy Rome before cruise. Fabio helped with transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. He also gave excellent recommendations for food reservations for 10 at delicious places close to the venue.

Family vacation

Fabio was “fabulous”. A wonderful host with a lovely apartment. He took time to show us a few restaurants close by and a place to get groceries. The apartment was in a great location for getting around. It was the ideal setup for our family of 10 people. We highly recommend booking this place.

Perfect stay as usual

This was my third time renting the apartment and reiterare my other reviews. Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to the Vatican and St Peter. Metro stop right outside the front door reaching all the Rome sights in short time.

Amazing stay near Vatican

I highly recommend this flat for a stay in Rome. Fabio checked us in and gave us some fabulous recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. As we were traveling with 4 grown children, the 5 en suite rooms were very convenient. This flat is also quite convenient to many attractions in Rome—the Vatican and Campo do Fiori on foot and the metro stop just outside the door to our building. We would definitely stay here here again!

Multigenerational family trip

The apartment was perfect for our multigenerational family of 10. Everything was spotless and the location was perfect. The metro in front of the building was a bonus. Emy came daily to clean and is a treasure. Don’t hesitate to book.

Great place, great host

Fabio was awesome. He gave us a short walking tour when we first got there. He showed us 3 or 4 of his favorite restaurants that were in the neighborhood (and more importantly, showed us which ones to avoid), and he was right! Great food! His place is plenty big enough for large groups, and it’s clean and comfortable. Great location.
