Nice place, but location not for us

The property was clean and attractive. Very spacious. The downside was the location on the 3rd floor. Overall, Seabrook just wasn’t to our liking. It wasn’t easily walkable (no sidewalks), and felt more residential than beachy.

Amazing!

We had the best time. The location was perfect for the beach, pool (we paid for the amenity card separate) and looked walking around the area.

Quick End of Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Winds. The condo is beautifully decorated and mostly updated. The view is nice and it is just a quick bike ride or car ride down to the Island club and beach. The only drawbacks would be the master bath and the kitchen supplies. The master bath is small and the shower is tiny and dated, particularly compared to the beautiful shower in the other bathroom. I know that one is the handicap-accessible bathroom, but the master bath could use a little love as well. The kitchen was very nice and we were excited to cook in it...however, it was very poorly supplied. Limited cookware and absolutely no pantry items at all, so if you are going to cook while there, pack EVERYTHING you think you might need, down to the salt and pepper.

Great weekend spot

Found this rather last minute for Memorial Day weekend-place was very clean and comfortable. The third bed was a daybed in the main room-didn’t bother my seven year old at all, just a heads up. Also, I am assuming due to covid, there is no salt, pepper, spices etc-not a big deal either but I didn’t think to pack it so bring it with you! They do provide a few dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, dish soap, mini shampoo and conditioner. Beach is amazing, lots of wildlife, you have to go watch the dolphins stranding!

Weekend get away

This condo is very nice, updated with a very modern feel. Lots of light from the surrounding windows. Walking distance to beach club. The kitchen needed to be cleaned better and some repairs are needed. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Great experience

First time at Seabrook so did not know what to expect. Overall great experience. Smaller island but plenty to do and gorgeous scenery. Condo was perfect for me, my wife and two children. It was 2 minute drive to the beach and beach club/pool. Inside was clean and fairly spacious for a place that size. Bathrooms were big and great for a family our size to wash off and get ready. I would rent again.

So great!

Loved the beach vibe! Very clean, spacious, and had all the right accommodations. Short drive or bike ride to beach as well. However, if you have very young excited children like mine, not the best as it’s on the third floor and the downstairs neighbors probably hated hearing them run around for 3/4 days.

Dirty and horrible customer service.

Sadly this place was a disappointment. Upon arrival the unit was filthy. I spent hours cleaning it and that still wasn’t enough. The beds, linens and pillows were old and uncomfortable. I had to wash blankets, sweep floors and scrub counters. The kitchen was not well stocked and the stuff that was there seemed old. The dishwasher didn’t seem to wash well even on the power scrub...my kids even commented. The entire unit needs a really deep clean. In this current environment that is completely unacceptable. Positives are the unit is spacious with lots of storage. My dealings with Vaasa were horrendous. Prior to my arrival, I sent 3 emails and waited on hold for 2.5 hours in an effort to get some questions answered. No response even after a month. They did offer to credit my cleaning but that seems nominal considering my first night stay was consumed with stress of cleaning...not the way any of us want to start a vacation. Seabrook is lovely but definitely do your research on where you stay.

Great location, great layout

This condo is great! The high ceilings, and the layout make the condo feel bigger than it is. It's quiet and comfortable. I'd rent it again. As an aside, I noticed there is a day bed in the family room. We didn't use it as a bed, and I would not recommend it, as there are no curtains in this room, and it's awfully sunny.

Nice Rental

This unit is nicely renovated and we throughly enjoyed our stay here! It is handicap accessible which makes the layout seem a little odd as far as the master bedroom and bath but when you are on vacation that doesn't matter really. The one complaint I have is that the beds and couch were not very comfortable. If they were to change those out it would be perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed. (Pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, ect.) Fans and dimmable lights in every room!
