This air-conditioned one bedroom apartment is situated within El Capistrano’s beautiful gardens and it features a double bed. Bathroom with shower, towel warmer, and floor heating. Kitchen features a fridge-freezer with an icemaker and cool drinking water. Lounge with an open fireplace and a folding screen towards the patio with sun loungers, sunblind, and barbecue. Once you open the folding screen, the lounge and patio make a lovely flow with a sea view.

Perfect location, close to everywhere. There is bus every hour that can take you to the beach or city center.The apartment is good for couples or single travelers.

Beautiful stay

Fantastic holiday! Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Pool easy to locate! Communication with Peter was fantastic too. Highly recommend this property!

Great location close to Malaga

Wanted something outside of Malaga to enjoy some time near the beach but close enough to still make a couple day trips. Was perfect!

Everything was excellent. The views, the balcony, great bbq. And obviously el capistrano village is a superb place to stay as so well maintained and peaceful.

We had 17 nice days in the appartment. Very nice balcony with a great view The appartment complied very fine with the description.

Comfortable apartment in quiet area. Communal pool is within walking distance (5 minutes). By car quickly at the beach. Recommended!

Sea vacation

My couple and I were looking for a nice appartment for our holiday and we definitely found it. Everything was lovely, incredible facilities… It is important, though, having a vehicle because even though distances are short, slopes makes it hard to move on foot. You can easily park next to the appartment. For everything else, our stay has been unbeatable.

Wonderful Experience

My wife and I spent a very chilled out week in Peter's apartment. The apartment was excellent, great balcony with sea views and all-day sunshine as promised. Great air-con and well equipped throughout. Good communication at all times. Would definitely stay again. Roy & Diane

Great apartment in a lovely village

The apartment met all of our expectations, the view and location were excellent. The village was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the local bus stop into the town or beach is just outside the apartment entrance and the local Cave bar and restaurant was high quality at reasonable prices. Two supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Nerja is just a lovely rustic Spanish town so would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic views from lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, really comfy bed, huge TV and large American style Fridge/Freezer Had everything we needed for our stay Only feedback would be a clothes horse to dry clothes or washing line in the entrance terrace area 😀 and for us a microwave would have been useful but we managed and throughly enjoyed our stay. Recommend car hire but there are local buses and taxis

Thanks for the review, clothes horse is on the terrace in a rain cover. I opted out of the microwave as the space in the kitchen is limited.

Wonderful sea views

The apartment has everything you need and it was spotlessly clean. Sitting on the balcony with wonderful views of the sea was very relaxing. It was very hot but the air conditioning was great and we liked the keyless system. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill (so great views!) but the bus stop is practically outside the door making it really easy to get into the centre of Nerja. A nice apartment to stay in.

A week in Nerja

Property was as advertised. Well equipped and great AC (very warm during our visit). We are a couple in middle 70's, so climbing 25 stairs was exercise. Peter did advise us of the stairs ahead of time. Seems like everthing in Nerja involes stairs. We spent most of our time while in the apartment on the balcony with it's fabulous views! Would recommend this apartment.

Well located and equipped apartment

A lovely well equipped apartment in the heart of the Capistrano Village. Just a 5 to 10 minute drive from Nerja and a selection of beaches. We parked at the Carabeo Balcon de Europa and tgis was a five minute walk to the heart of Nerja and beaches. The apartment is licated on the top flooe and up 27 ateps so not a place to stay if you have mobility issues. Loves views to the coast. Bed was ok, pillows weren't the best. Great air-conditioning and fans. No oven or microwave so be aware. You could walk ro Nerja but would be uphill all the way back. Swimming pool and area was great. Its licated back down the one way street tou drive up. Would thoroughly recommend a yrip to Nerja Caves and Frigliana but not Competa as this was a drive from hell up the side of a very steep mountain. Didn't use the Bus but the stop is right outside the apartment. Would stay here again. We parked

Maravilloso!! El apartamento y la urbanización es precioso, con todo tipo de detalles y las instalaciones nuevas.Se respira un ambiente familiar y tranquilo, perfecto para unas felices vacaciones. La piscina de la urbanización es espectacular y las vistas muy guays.La entrada super fácil, eficaz y rápida.La cocina tenia todo tipo de utensilios necesarios. Todo super limpio y moderno!Peter está super atento a todo, rápidas respuestas y hace todo lo posible para que estés a gusto. Si vuelvo a Nerja, sin duda intentaré volver a este apartamento :)

Tranquilidad y buenas vistas

El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila de Capistrano Village con uno jardines muy bonitos y cuidados donde no hemos tenido ningún día problema en aparcar en la calle pues siempre hay algún sitio libre. El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. La relación con Peter, el propietario ha sido muy buena y nos ha resuelto cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Los aires acondicionados y ventiladores funcionan estupendamente lo que a nosotros, que nos ha tocado una semana de bastante calor y humedad por las noches, nos ha venido muy bien. En general todo muy bien. Si estaría mejor que el baño fuera algo mas grande pues es bastante pequeño y creo que le vendría bien una mesa en el salón fija para no tener que estar usando la de la Terraza que te obliga a estar moviendo y abriendo la mesa cada vez que vas a comer. Un poco de menaje tampoco le vendría mal. Tiene un toldo muy bueno (eléctrico) pero se cierra solo en cuanto que hace un poquito de aire (quizás se pudiera ajustar el sensor para que no se cierre tan fácilmente pues con una ligera brisa se cierra). Pero en general hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este apartamento. Muchas gracias Peter por todo.

Estancia agradable

Hemos estado 8 días en la casita disfrutando de las vacaciones y ha sido una estancia muy agradable. La casa esta muy bien equipada con todo tipo de accesorios (quitando un microondas). El balcón ofrece unas vistas increíbles al mar.

Muy agradable

Un apartamento muy coqueto y agradable, un poco lejos del mar, pero muy cuidado para pasar unos días de descanso. La terraza es estupenda.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

After our first visit to Nerja in 2008, we used to come here at least once a year. Nerja really has everything a Spanish city can offer. No concret desert with the lack of original features, not easy to find among these sun-drenched shores. We quickly concluded that this was the right place for us to live. Additionally, the surrounding area featuring the Sierra de Almijara is fantastic. It also protects us from the cold north wind, which is why the winters tend to be mild and rarely below 15 degrees.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The whole Capistrano Village was built in this fantastic and charming Andalusian architectural style. When we entered the apartment for the first time, the magnificent view took us by storm. The now refurbished floor matches the style of the patio and creates a sense of unity.
