Imagine, soaking up the rays on your balcony, with a front row seat for all the entertainment & activities below. Or stay warm in the winter by the cozy indoor fireplace. Charming 1 bedroom condo with everything you need. Walk downstairs to the restaurants, shops, activities/events and to the gondola. Condo has 1 King Bed in Bedroom and 1 pull out sofa bed in living room (sleeps 4). Free Wi-Fi, Ski Locker, guest access to all 5 buildings, Gated Bike Storage, Free underground private parking (1 spot) and laundry facilities located on the 4th floor.

*3rd Floor Unit with views of Event Plaza. Front row seat to the activities.

*Steps from tram and lifts. Fully furnished, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests - perfect for a small family or two couples.

* Bedroom has King Bed & Living room includes a sleeper sofa & gas fireplace.

Great property in the heart of Olympic Village with easy access to everything Palisades has to offer. The condo was spotless clean and perfect for our family of three during our four-night stay. Check-in and check-out was super easy and when paired with the complete and prompt communication from host made this stay frictionless and perfect. We would 100% stay here again if available on our next trip.

Located within the Olympic village and overlooking the shops vs parking. We were there for my sons wedding and all the wedding venues were basically within the village. Parking is indoors and is excellent. Getting directions at first, to garage were limited. Would stay there again. Hosts were great and answered promptly when called.

This is one of few units of this size class that look into the events area. Owners of the other units here can be surprizingly vague on their balconey view. I would prefer this unit over many others that look over the lovely parking lot. The Village @ Squaw units in general were not necessarily designed for summer activities as they lacked air conditioning and a pool. However, this unit has an air conditioner which can be needed in July/August.The only thing we noticed different this year (2026) was reduced water pressure in shower - but I suspect this is not the fault of the unit. Seems to be a building-wide issue (could also be California's failed water policy as well....). But still completely usable.We will return!

Olympic Valley condo

We love to stay in Olympic Valley! The views are great and it is quiet and a little off the beaten path. The condo is perfect for a couple. It was very clean and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Village.

We are regulars at Noelle’s cute condo in the village! This unit is always very clean & has everything you need in it. It also has a nice balcony w/a wonderful view of the village. Noelle is the best superhost and very helpful & accommodating. You can’t go wrong booking this place!! Just don’t book it during the dates that we need it!

Authentic Palisade Experience!

We stayed at various condos in the village, and this one stood out as it’s located right in the heart of everything, offering convenient access to restaurants, shops, and lifts just steps away. The condo was spotless, cozy, and kept us warm throughout our stay. We highly recommend this unit!

Spring Skiing

Up to catch the last days of the season. Great communication- easy check in. Location is great in the middle of the village. Well equipped condo. Easy walk to lifts. Would stay again.
