Located at Lake St Ferréol (300 meters on foot), my modern style house, at the bottom of a very quiet (private) dead end, will welcome you in a wooded and quiet plot of almost 8000m².
The accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms and a large office. The house has large volumes so that you can stay there comfortably.
The fully open living room has a sitting area with TV and a dining room with an extending table, all next to an insert that heats the house completely (wood on site). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, 2 refrigerators, freezer) and also allows you to eat (6 people) on the central island. Finally, an office overlooking the living room can be transformed into an extra bedroom if necessary for additional sleeping!
From a health point of view, the house has two bathrooms. One, communicating with the master suite, with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The other, independent, has a shower and a bathtub. Finally, you will find an independent wc with washbasin.
The garage can accommodate 2 vehicles (vehicles type 308 + type clio).
A floor mat for the lake beach and beach towels will be available if needed.
