This large Oceanfront Villa has 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and the other with One QUEEN SIZE BED and twin bunk beds) and 2 full bathrooms located on the 2nd floor, both with private balcony's. Down stairs there is a half bath, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, living/dining room, wood floors, cable TV, Wi-Fi and 2 open porches with seating.This oceanfront resort is a boutique complex of 52 homes inspired by Key West architecture that was built in 2007. Gate community, located off the Old Hwy at MM 86 in Islamorada. Amenities include a community pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and 500ft of private beach. The home’s boat slip is available for rent with a deep channel out to the Atlantic. Be at Alligator Light house or the Famous Islamorada (Holiday Isle) sandbar in minutes. Launch your kayak or paddle board from the private beach

Kayaks are now available to all homes (provided by the community) on a first come, first serve basis. A waiver needs to be signed (attached to welcome email) in order to be able to use them.

Please note, as of Aug 1, 2024. you will no longer be able to store a trailer outside the gate on the grass any longer. Trailers fitting under the carport are able to be stored there. Otherwise, we can recommend local storage lots you can contact.

Come on down and put your toes in the sand. It's always better in the Florida Keys.Angler’s Reef is the perfect place for all fishing and diving enthusiasts. Islamorada is known as “The Sport fishing Capital of the World”. Water activities abound including: diving, snorkeling, Para sailing, kiteboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more. You may even spot manatees at the Dock. Fine dining and unique shops are within walking distance: Island Grill (Famous for their tuna nachos) serving breakfast, lunch and dinner oceanfront with live music. For late night entertainment, walk on over to Hog Heaven for a fun night of dancing. Also, within in walking distance is Theatre of the Sea, where you can watch a live dolphin show or even swim with the dolphins!

Bring your boat (up to 26') max. If you have a larger boat, I will need to put it in another slip and there is an additional fee.

Beautiful Home in Angler's Reef!We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-appointed home in Angler's Reef. It comfortably accommodated our entire group—my husband, our three kids, my mom, and me—with plenty of room to relax. The house had all the amenities we needed and was ideally located just a short walk from both the pool and the dock. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our family getaway!

The condo is very nice. Had a couple of questions that Jennifer answered/took care of extremely promptly. It was quiet, peaceful, and most of all relaxing.There are plenty of restaurants around, if you choose to go out to eat. The kitchen had just about everything you need to prepare your own meals though.It was a good time and we enjoyed it immensely.

Family friendly!

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of unit! Although it was only 2 bedrooms, the bedrooms were very large and guest room was plenty of space for our kids. The common areas were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Angler’s reef is a great place to go as a family.

Beautiful house to come home to after a day on the water

We have stayed in Anglers Reef several times over the years, and we all agreed this is our favorite house. It was clean, beautifully renovated with comfortable furniture, and most importantly, comfortable beds. The house is obviously well-maintained and the kitchen was well stocked.

Fabulous stay on the Keys

Lovely property, spacious, modern and clean. Bigger than it looks on the photos. Comfy beds, great bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. Loved eating on the porch, great views. Pool was a good size and resort well maintained. Would highly recommend.

Oasis on The Ocean

From booking, to arriving, and the entire stay everything was amazing and seamless! Great communication with Jennifer the entire time!! Beautiful place, great breakfast views. Easy access by boat! Anglers Reef has all the amenities that you could possibly need. Will definitely be a future stay.

Beautiful

This was our third time staying at Anglers Reef. First time in this villa and it was amazing. The view here is just amazing. We would have breakfast on the porch just to enjoy looking at the water. We went down to key west, we also went to Alligator Reef, beyond words the water in this place. I just love staying in Islamorada. And to us Anglers Reef is the best place to stay… it’s quiet, we also like that is a close gated community and they keep it nice and clean all around the property. And our host Jennifer was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!! Thanks for letting us enjoy that beautiful view!

Property manager was amazing and made our stay awesome. She communicated quickly and responded to our requests with hospitality.The house is GORGEOUS - hardwood floors, all Viking appliances, kitchen fully stocked with anything you could need to prepare meals, an abundance of towels, linens, and pillows, a comfy couch, beautiful bathrooms, quaint front and back porches - I could literally live there. The community is adorable - precious houses line the streets of this little neighborhood and are centered around a beautiful pool that overlooks the marina and the ocean. Little lizards dart around and birds are singing their hearts out in the surrounding trees. It’s actually quite bucolic.

Amazing house with perfect views!!!

The house was even better than we anticipated. The house was very clean, well stocked, beautiful views, and comfortable! Short walk to beach area and pool. Loved the privacy and cleanliness of the development. Plenty to do! Short walk or drive to Founders beach. Which is free if you are staying in Islamorada. Just show them your booking with the dates. Would come back again!!!

Never disappoints!

This was our second time here in this unit at Angler’s Reef and it does not disappoint! Love this unit! It is super clean and comfortable. Has everything you will need for a great vacation. The property’s pool and kayaks are great for families as well. Communication during check-in and out is flawless. Location on the keys is great for charters and restaurants. Don’t debate on this one! You will have an amazing vacation!

Property was Amazing

We had such a great time at Anglers Reef Unit 138. The home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the man in charge of the properties was consistently hounding us about something. We felt like we were having to double check the rule book before we did anything on the property. Other than him the experience of the home, neighborhood, pool, docks and beaches were easy, accessible and welcoming.

Beautiful inside and out!

We’ve stayed in Angler’s Reef many times and this was a favorite! We loved that this home is entirely updated~the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and the beautiful decor! Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat! Loved sitting on the front porch for breakfast and lunch, with gorgeous views of the blue Atlantic! One of our favorite spots for morning coffee or evening drinks is sitting in the Adirondacks on the beach~the water is relaxing and mesmerizing. Many incredible restaurants nearby, ate loads of seafood~peel & eat shrimp, yellow snapper, etc. Our favorite spots include Green Turtle for breakfast, Wahoo’s for lunch/pina coladas, Lazy Days for peel & eat shrimp and huge dinner portions and Morada Bay for beautiful sunset views. We also love Sunrise Cafe for fantastic Cuban coffee and guava pastries. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing vacation at Angler’s Reef! The booking process was super easy and the property manager was in constant contact with us. The unit is BEAUTIFUL. All updated inside and super clean. Our entire family said we felt so comfortable there. The beds and linens were all clean. Kitchen had all the supplies for a great vacation. Washer, dryer and grill all came in handy. The views are amazing from the unit! The pool was a perfect place to cool off and the views of the water from there were amazing too. The grounds of the complex were all maintained and super pretty to look at. We didn’t have a boat but could see if you did how perfect this place would be. Don’t hesitate to book and prepare yourself for paradise!

Wonderful visit to Islamorada

This is a fantastic unit in a perfect location. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was a short walk to both the pool and boat slip. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the front porch with ocean views. We have stayed in this complex several times and this was our favorite unit so far. Our only issue was the air conditioning stopped working the day before our departure. The property manager, Jennifer, jumped on the issue immediately and sent a maintenance crew over to try and repair. Unfortunately, a new part was needed and it couldn’t be fixed immediately. It was a minor inconvenience but Jennifer did all she could to try and assist, even offering for us to spend the night in another unit. We opened some windows and made the best of it. Overall, still a great experience and an exceptional unit in Anglers Reef!

Wonderful home

This wonderful home is just as listed. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bedrooms are large. It has a nice dining room, but we never ate there because the weather was so nice we ate on outside patio. This was our fourth time staying in Anglers Reef , and have enjoyed every time. This home really is similar to being on the front row of homes, because it has a great view of ocean and is very close to docks. This home also comes with its own dock and it is very close to house, so carrying all your boat stuff is easy. The property manager was helpful and communicated with me several times before trip.
