The House of happiness

Our house is located in a quiet residential area in Cul de Sac. You will enjoy a siesta by the pool under the rustle of coconut trees in the wind.

You will be at:
- 5 min from the pier to go to Ilet Pinel / Tintamarre
- 5 minutes from the Hope Estate shopping area (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, shops)
- 5 minutes from Anse Marcel
- 10 minutes from Grand Case and Orient bay
- 20 minutes from Marigot
- 30 minutes from Julianna Airport and the Dutch side
- 45 minutes by boat / 15 minutes by plane to Saint Barthélémy
- 1 hour Anguillla

It is a family house in which we live all year round, so there is everything you need for a good stay.
Everything is provided (sheets, beach and bath towels, beach items, games for children ...).
We will do our best to make you feel at home.
Ground floor: entrance, WC, utility room, fitted kitchen, living room which overlooks the renovated deck with swimming pool.
Upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms which sleeps 7, Bathroom

You will have 3 roommates who will not bother you: 1 17 year old cat who eats and sleeps all day and 2 turtles in our garden who will take care of your food waste with pleasure!
