Fantastic spot close to town and HITS

One of the most completely equipped houses I've ever stayed in! One block from town and 5 minutes to HITS. Great communication with owner. I would stay again!

Two beautiful porches, one overlooking the street and the other was mostly private behind a fenced yard. It’s very quiet, yet literally one block from the most awesome part of the village. Perfect house to live the pedestrian lifestyle while on vacation. All four bedrooms and two full baths were all upstairs. The downstairs was spacious with a half bath. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this for families who are all on the same schedule because the one and only drawback was that the staircase was very creaky. If someone is sneaking downstairs while others are still sleeping, it was hard to avoid making a lot of noise on the stairs. For most families, this would not be an issue if everyone is sleeping at the same time. The creaky steps are part of the charm of an older village home. Everything else was nicely updated, giving the combination of modern updates with an older home.

Amazing Gem Close to The Village

This property was nothing short of perfection. Very very roomy in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Loved being able to walk into town literally all day long. The home was very updated and super comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on an air and we really enjoyed having multiple outdoor porches.

Our Daughter's Wedding

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding at Saugerties Performing Arts Factory. The location could not have been more perfect! Close to the venue and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We loved sitting on the private front porch enjoying our morning coffee. We appreciate all the amenities and the cleanliness of the house! We will definitely be staying here again if you are ever back in the area!

Excellent rental home in Saugerties

My husband and I were in Saugerties to attend a wedding. Because we had never been to this area of New York, we decided to stay a few extra days to get to know this area and wanted a home rather than a hotel. Jin was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. She provided an extensive list of what was provided in her newly updated home, gave excellent recommendations of where to eat and what to see and promptly answered any messages. The kitchen was fully stocked, something we don’t always see in vacation rentals. We highly recommend Jin, and her home, as a vacation rental.

Our second time to stay at this property. (and will definitely stay again if it's available) The location is perfect, house is clean and a great place to have a group of family or friends over for a visit. The bed we used was a very comfy mattress with super soft sheets. Central heat and a/c, not to mention all the other modern conveniences that made our stay as comfortable as being home. The kitchen was well-stocked, Jin thought of everything. Jin is very fast to reply to messages if you need her. It was nice meeting her when she was tending to her yard and she later sent me a picture of label from the blue striped sheets. I'm searching online now! Thank you for hosting us Jin!

Great house for a big group. Kitchen is very well-stocked for cooking. The location is great - you can walk to anything in Saugerties. Only downside is that all bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steep. If you have anyone in your group with mobility limitations, it’s not a great house.

Well maintained home with everything we needed. AC worked beautifully during the heat wave. Kitchen is nicely modernized. Saugerties is a quaint town that is fun to visit and is well located for travel around the Catskills.

Clean and Great Location

The house is just a block from restaurants and shopping. The host responded promptly to all messages, and left helpful instructions at the house, which was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Saugerties, NY September-October 2020

I would highly recommend this property. The house is immaculate and recently renovated. It was perfect for our family of three and large enough to hosts guests on weekends. It is in walking distance to the commercial district in Saugerties and a 15 minute drive to Woodstock and 30 minutes to Hudson and Rhinecliff. Our host, Jin, was incredible. She was exceptionally responsive to all of our inquiries and requests. We required a last minute late check out due to work-related issues and Jin allowed us to push back our check-out time from 11 am to 5 pm. She even declined my offered to pay for an extra day. I can't say enough good things about Jin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
