Thank you for your review. We're glad the rooms were clean and cool, and that the pet-friendly layout and neighborhood parking worked well for you. Sorry the water temperature issue got only an automated reply — that can feel impersonal. We've notified our local team to investigate the water heater and to make sure future messages receive a prompt, personalized response. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again at Lucky Savannah. - The Lucky Team
