Hidden Gem

This all-brick cottage is surrounded by 200-year-old large live oaks draped in Spanish moss, overlooking a small creek, resembling a fairytale. Located in Murrells Inlet Proper, a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. A lovely all-brick mid-century home with incredible updates including a spacious and stunning modern kitchen, large formal dining area, coffee bar, open living area, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one and a half bathrooms- which is actually two half-baths that share a large, tiled walk-in spa shower in between with full privacy doors. There is a sunroom overlooking the backyard & rear patio with outdoor furnishings and propane grill. Dog Friendly-No Pet Fees!
The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the 2026 World Amateur Golf Tournament! We stayed in the cottage next door for the tournament in 2025 and loved the property and location so much that this year we chose the larger cottage with the fenced-in front yard. Both places are pet-friendly & we always travel with Harley. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, tucked away in a wonderfully quiet part of Murrells Inlet. The huge Live Oaks draped in Spanish moss, peaceful yard and Lowcountry setting are absolutely beautiful. The location is convenient to everything while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. We also had fantastic weather for the golf tournament!We always make time for our favorite local restaurants—Judy Boone’s, Nance’s Creek Front and Lee’s Inlet Kitchen.This area is especially meaningful to us. My dad was stationed at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, our family had a home in Surfside Beach until five years ago and I met my husband at MBAFB. As the saying goes, “Home is where the Air Force takes us,” and this area will always feel like HOME. We love the Lowcountry and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cottage and its peaceful location. We hope to be back again soon!

Dream kitchen with the ability to cook easily as if you were at home. Fabulous great room with great table for family gathering or games. Really enjoyed the coffee bar. Location is great and near many popular attractions. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

This was our second time staying here we absolutely love it!! House is very clean and inviting with plenty of room and we are able to bring our dogs which is a huge plus. The host is quick to respond with any questions. Great location close to food and grocery stores. We hope to stay there again next year.

We loved this house! It was very clean and so beautiful. Definitely a gem in a great area that is super close to everything and the setting was beautiful with the live oaks with Spanish moss just gorgeous

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, the area was perfect and family friendly. We were able to enjoy all beach and vacation activities, but still able to feel relaxed and at home.

Gorgeous house, very well stocked. Surprisingly quiet and secluded for as close to everything this property is. Owners very responsive and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had to move after one day because of water issues with the bathroom to a place that was bigger but very outdated with poor kitchen, owner was polite but we never would have rented that type of home. Location was good but many issues with property.

Beautiful AND Dog Friendly!

Beautifully decorated with lots of special touches - from extra toothbrushes & paste in the bathrooms, to mints & water by the beds, to fresh-baked cookies in the kitchen. The large space out back was perfect for walking the dogs, and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

Moving our daughter into coastal…close to campus and quick ride to beaches, stores, inlet walkway. Comfortable home with everything we needed to cook and hang out there after a day moving and the beach.

Murrells Inlet getaway

We enjoyed our New Year’s weekend trip to MI. This property is conveniently located close to great shops and restaurants, as well as to the Marsh Walk. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner was responsive to my messages and made our stay seamless.

Amazing house and location

This house was great! Very clean, very modern, amazing kitchen! We were able to bring our 4 dogs which meant the world to us especially our children. The location is great, very close to stores, restaurants, gas stations and just a short drive to the beach. The owners were great and responded quickly to anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this house and stay again!
