Very clean 2 queen bed motel Rroom, #4, with private bathroom and shower. Your room has a mini-fridge, microwave, single serve coffee, & Dish Satellite TV. We are in town within walking distance to all eateries and night life. Play pool, darts, or your favorite gaming machine at the local bars. If you want to take it easy, relax outside and possibly catch a glimpse of a deer or 2. We are close to hiking, biking, ATV/Snowmobile trails, and fishing. East of town, take a walk through the famous Blackfoot Pathways - Sculpture in the Wild which is free of charge and open 24/7. West of town, stop in at Hi-CountryJerky and take some tasty treats home!

I always stay at the Three Bears Motel when I'm in Lincoln MT. It's an older motel, super clean, and always fun to see the decor in various rooms. Highly recommend!

Family trip

We are a family of 7. The kids (2 adult couples) slept in the tents and the rest of us stayed in a room. It was a fun atmosphere! We even got to see a bear and deer!

Everything you need in a small space

We were with family camping nearby. Needed a place to sleep & shower. Perfect for our needs. Shower is quite small in number 4. Hard to get water on and temp regulated without getting floor wet.

This motel is nice for the low price you pay. It is very quiet and old fashioned. There is no AC but they did have a couple of fans in the room and we stayed comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and satellite TV.

Property owner pleasant, but non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. Shower area way to small for large person, area is right off highway so you hear noise and people walking through complex late at night were loud

Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable! Google Maps just led us astray (the address was correct on the listing but Google took us elsewhere. Pattie answered the phone right away and helped us get back on track.
