This a family home in perfect condition that we rent for 10 weeks each year. VRBO will only allow reviews if they have received the rental commission. Because of this, we don't many reviews listed since we rent direct. I am happy to give you names of past renters if you would like a first hand review.

The house is GORGEOUS! HUGE 3,100 sq ft. Beautiful 4 bdrm, 3.5 bath carriage home in the private & quiet community of Bayside at Bethany. Many of the other townhomes in this community are much smaller.

Located 1.7 miles from the beach via Fred Hudson Road - by car or by the bike bath that runs along road (we always ride our bikes to beach). Great property with all upgrades backing to pond. Community has private pool (indoor and outdoor), gym and two areas for bay access for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding. If you have a boat, you can use an area ramp (outside of community) and tie up for the day at the community pier.

Great restaurants nearby. James Farm state park is great for the kids.(1.3 mi with parking) Playground located one block from house on our street.

Fee to use the clubhouse and pool is $325 per week for family. Use of tennis courts does not require fee. No Smoking/No Pets/Strict 8-10 person max occupancy. You will have to provide a copy of your rental agreement at clubhouse and you will be issued key FOB for entry. Cleaning service that has been hired will be following all Delaware guidelines (re: Covid19). Keyless locks have been installed so there will no person to person interaction necessary for entry.

Entertainment – There are 6 flat screen TV’s in house; one in each bedroom and one in each of the 2 first floor living rooms.

The two car garage provides ample safe storage for beach stuff / bikes.
