Gîte Stephano en quercy

Villa Stephano welcomes you in a stone Quercy house, located an hour by car north of Toulouse, semi-buried, located in the countryside, on the top of a hill, dating from 1850, equipped with a large swimming pool of 13.70m/5.45m, in the middle of 2 hectares of private land, surrounded by 18 hectares of meadow where magnificent horses roam, a very nice view, without close neighbors.
15 people maximum and 20 beds for the diversity of groups. Ideal for holidays, birthdays, family reunions, parties with friends but also for naturists, in the shade of a huge oak tree which is accessed by a small path of 200 meters composed of overhanging rocks.

The house is very well equipped, American kitchen with everything necessary to cook for several, nothing to plan (two large fridges)

A dining room that you can convert into a dance room with two large wooden tables with 10 seats each, a nice decoration, pre-installed lights and a high-performance sound system, wood stove, tuned piano, percussion, video projector and screen to watch the matches, memories...

A large wooden terrace on stilts of 24 m², facing south, breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, the horses...
a table for twelve people, a large parasol of 12 m² covers it.
A terrace on the north side with the swimming pool, table football, trampoline, tables, chairs, garden furniture, plancha, three barbecues, coal, gas or wood, sunbeds, sandpit, swing, petanque balls, summer games, table tennis, lawn with a decorative ruin.

Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bistro... 6 minutes by car
Without linen and swimming pool (not heated) bring your sheets and towels.

Cleaning to be done by the tenants, no cleaning fee possible in addition, the place is to be returned as you found it on your arrival, no need to ask.

July and August, weekly rental for 15 people maximum.
April, May, June, September and October, minimum two nights on weekends

Security deposit of 500 euros by check to be handed in on arrival, destroyed two weeks after departure if I do not notice any hidden defects.
