This Amazing 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in the Warner Mountain Range in Surprise Valley California. It is surrounded by a working cattle and sheep ranch for a true country feel. If you are looking for the perfect quiet get away this Country "Cabin" that is approx . 3000+/- sq feet of country living space.
It has 2 private bedrooms and a loft bedroom. This home will sleep 6-10 people with ease. It has a large 3 car garage for a great place for the kids to play. Inside the garage is another apartment that can also be rented for extra sleeping space. It does have it's own bathroom as well.
This home has views that overlook all of Surprise Valley. You will have access to the Warner Mountains for hiking and recreation.

If you like privacy and just beautiful scenery and being in a really private place and special place that borders on the desert of Nevada and the mountains of the south Warners ythis is the place for you outrageously beautiful. The hosts are great and if you love Cowboy country, this is the greatest place to stay. find out about pack horse someplace with Pam's son-in-law. I've stayed all over the world, and this is one of my favorite places in the world to stay and be.

The home was truly spectacular! Wonderful views, beautiful country, and truly in dark sky country. Seeing the Milky Way so clearly was astounding.Next time we want to truly get away and experience being under so many stars, I hope we can stay here again.

Unfortunately we were not informed that the oven was broken and we had planned dinner options that worked best in the oven. Given that we were far away from grocery stores, we were kind of locked in. Also the bed situation involves a lot of beds that are foldable and thus not as comfortable so, this should be better clarified.Otherwise, great spot and fun to be out there for a great prize

We keep coming back to this place. It’s peaceful, and the views are incredible. We love having sheep and wild birds for neighbors. And the house has everything we need, including a deluxe shower. Thank you, Pam, for hosting us again and again.

Lived here all of my life. I work the ranch and all the animals. Lee does pump and well drilling. We both do all of the haying. We have 3 grand children they come a lot in the winter and we have extra kids here a lot. We start lambing first of January and we end February . We start calving in May/ June. We take our grand kids elk hunting in Colorado and try to see different sights of interest each year. By then its Xmas and time to start all over again.

This property was acquired from our neighbors who have passed away. The house was not finished so we took on the project of finishing it. The views and calmness around the area we take for granite so we decided to make it so everyone can have the opportunity to come and enjoy.

Views, hiking, can see millions of stars at night, being kept awake by coyotes instead of cars , deer walking thru yard.
