This is a vacation house with two private bedrooms, there is a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room, large and inviting living room, private kitchen, cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, spices in drawers. Bottle water, washer/dryer, detergent, internet, flatscreen TV with Netflix. It is recently renovated. Airconditioned. There is a public park within 2 minutes walk. Very quiet and discreet neighborhood.

We were in town for a sporting event and needed a place to stay, this place checked all of our boxes at a price that I felt was a great value. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was well stocked and there was coffee and a coffee maker. All our needs were met, we would rent again.

Absolutely perfect for any event or visit near the river or for anything in Downtown Peoria!!!!!!!!!! The pictures don’t do this place justice, and the cleanliness was over the top!!!!

We stayed for a local disc golf tournament and this place was awesome! Everything was as advertised and the location was nice. The AC worked great even when it was super hot outside. We would totally stay again!

Fabulous location

Great location near terrific restaurants, shopping and the zoo. The place had everythingvwe needed and clean. Rick was a great hist and so responsive.

Nice place to stay in the middle of town- close to everything! The place has everything we needed for our quick trip. Rick was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

This was a great choice for a short stay in Peoria. Much better than a hotel room for the same price. It was a good fit for three adults. The kitchen and bathroom had more than just the essentials.

Comfortable beds, great location

The house was exactly what we needed as we visited Peoria this weekend for family events. Every event location we needed to be at was less than 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds, living room, and sitting area in the kitchen gave us privacy when needed.

Host was very responsive and shoveled & salted the walkway. Bedrooms were a bit chilly, although we were there in extreme cold weather.

Second stay was great will return again

Great place to stay for the tourney we were in town for. We stayed here before and were happy to see it availible for this tourney. Hopefully it will be availible for our next trip to peoria as we will book again. Great neighborhood and rick is a great host.

Great stay for a few friends or couple

Nice house and cozy backyard area. Well furnished. Only minor complaint was some of the surrounding area of the city wasn’t too great but not really a big factor.
