This is a vacation house with two private bedrooms, there is a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room, large and inviting living room, private kitchen, cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, spices in drawers. Bottle water, washer/dryer, detergent, internet, flatscreen TV with Netflix. It is recently renovated. Airconditioned. There is a public park within 2 minutes walk. Very quiet and discreet neighborhood.

Small oasis

This little cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house was warm and had everything we needed. The refrigerator had water, condiments if needed. I slept just as good as if I was sleeping in my own bed. Great place to stay.

Everything was as described on the listing. Host was quick with responses. Host even offered to supply charcoal for the grill! Met our needs fantastically.

Perfect for a Quick Home away from Home

The Interior was extremely clean, almost as if it was freshly remodeled. The kitchen was ready for use with permission to use dishes if needed. Neighborhood very quiet and easy to get to either downtown or other destinations within Peoria.

Got the job done

Overall the stay got the job done. 1 TV with literally no where to sit comfortably. Bathroom was kinda dirty. Had issues with internet password but host apologized and got the issue taken care of. This property would be best if you didn't have more than one child- not because it's not safe because it definitely was just small and not a lot for them to do. Did enjoy the super nice stove and fridge was stocked pretty well. Overall would stay again if it was just me and my husband

Short stay for schooling purposes

Very quiet neighbor. Used the park nearby. Had an issue that was quickly resolved. Comfortable and clean stay. Would stay there again.

Came to Peoria for a short weekend stay to visit my best friend. This was the perfect little house and within close proximity to everything. It was clean, safe, cozy and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again! Thanks, Rick!

Great stay for a few friends or couple

Nice house and cozy backyard area. Well furnished. Only minor complaint was some of the surrounding area of the city wasn’t too great but not really a big factor.

Girls Trip

We found this gem of a house on a whim. Clean house, quiet neighborhoood, great location close to good food and local shops. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definately stay here again if it's available in the future!!!

Enjoyable

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting family and being here for the birth of my first grandchild. The hospital was so close along with shopping and restaurants. Great location. Host was awesome at communicating with us.

From the pictures I expected three beds, but the listing did clearly say only 2 bedrooms. We chose to leave early because the air freshener gave me a headache.

Second stay was great will return again

Great place to stay for the tourney we were in town for. We stayed here before and were happy to see it availible for this tourney. Hopefully it will be availible for our next trip to peoria as we will book again. Great neighborhood and rick is a great host.

Was just as listed!

Was just as listed! Loved that there was coffee provided! Bathroom had soap and little extras that are easily forgotten. Over all we loved our stay.

Clean and quiet

This home was great for a friend and I in town for a convention. The home was clean and exactly as pictured on the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

It worked well for our short stay.

House was fine and clean enough. Many things just felt very worn, however, I can provide a better review for this property than any hotel I've stayed in lately. Pros of this property are they provide bottled water, washer/dryer on site, the tub drained (again, can't say that about any hotel I've stayed at lately), and no issues or smell with the toilet. I would stay there again because as mentioned it works well for what we need.

Penatonix Concert Stay

Great little house with everything you need and more. We only stayed the night for the Penatonix Concert so we didn't utilize the house much. It's in a nice neighborhood and everything was in great driving distance. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and very clean home.

We enjoyed our stay, although we weren’t in the home for much more than sleeping after the Keith Urban concert. It isn’t a large home but it worked good for the two of us. The 2nd bedroom where my friend slept she wished there had been a dresser and end table beside the bed, but that particular room is pretty small. She also wished the bed itself was set up higher like a normal bed is because we are over 65 and she had kind of a hard time getting out of it she said. The master bedroom was where I slept and I have no complaints. I slept very well in the bed. The only thing I noticed is that one end of the shower curtain rod is broken some away from the wall and could use repaired. The internet worked super well. The home is close to the Metro Mall, Peoria Civic Center and restaurants. It is a great location. The host, Rick is super good at answering any questions I had and was super helpful with directions to different areas we hoped to go to while in Peoria. Thanks again Rick! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend Rick’s VRBO home.

Lovely little home that I would stay in again

The house looked better than the pictures show. It is quaint and comfortable. The price was also affordable. If I ever find myself in Peoria again, I will check to see if this place is available.

Nice place to stay in the middle of town- close to everything! The place has everything we needed for our quick trip. Rick was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
