Welcome to Paradise! INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL - HOT TUB - GREAT WATER VIEW!

This COZY Cottage has a NEW ELECTRIC FIREPLACE. This Spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. Located in Lake of the Ozark - Village of Four Seasons on the 12 mile marker. Complex has an outdoor and indoor pools with hot tub. This unit has an awesome view of the main channel! You can lay in bed and watch the boats go by!

Boat ramp available next to the building. Boat slips available for an additional $25/day
No trailer parking permitted on complex, but there are multiple locations for parking close by.

Boat rentals are right next door.

The master bedroom has a NEW King bed with Cable/TV, second bedroom has a NEW Queen bed with TV/Cable. We also have a Queen size sofa bed in the livingroom for those extra guests! Free WiFi!

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar that seats 6 people. You will find all that you need to cook in and take advantage of the new gas grill on the balcony.
All linens and bath towels are provided. You may just want to bring your pool towels.
Condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Pets 35# and under. $25/day pet fee/pet (2 allowed)
2 Cars per Unit allowed for parking

Great Unit - Nice Stay

Great unit and overall stay. Unit was clean, beds comfy, decor adorable. Like another review I was disappointed the unit wasn’t right on the water but the views off the porch are still nice. Host was available for a question (user error). Convenient gas station on corner of complex entry.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We’ve been coming to Southwood Shores for 30 years. This condo was perfect for us. Great kitchen. Loved the wood plank ceilings. Super comfortable mattress. And the view was incredible First class. Highly recommend.

The Wonderful Lake Ozark

This is an excelent place to stay. It's better for younger guests due to its third floor location, but this 62 year old had no problem with it. View of the lake was great. Would recommend it do anyone.

Loved the view of the lake..the deck is so huge...perfect location to get to the strip....only down side was the indoor pool and hot tub were not open...Would definitely stay there again.

Great Lake Stay

We loved this property. It's a great size, and we loved the large patio. There is also access to an indoor and outdoor pool. It's very hilly, so be prepared to walk up and down hills. It's a third-floor unit, so there are lots of stairs. Overall, it's a super cute place with lots of space for 4 people. I highly recommend this property!

Meeting up with ole friends

Great location! Close to beautiful restaurants and bars overlooking the lake. View from deck is fabulous. Condo is decorated so cute!!! Guest bedroom and bath were a little dirty. Overall great stay and hope to return!

Fantastic Cozy Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with a good view of the water. Everything was as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the electric heat fireplace in the evenings when it got chilly.

Quiet, Clean, Cozy Stay

My husband and I like to rent a condo during the holiday/winter season. Southwood Shores is a perfect location; providing easy access to Horseshoe Bend, an indoor pool and hot tub, a welcoming, cozy environment and is very reasonably priced (less expensive than a hotel during the winter). The condo was updated and well decorated, very clean, very close proximity to the indoor pool & hottub and we would definitely stay there again.

Mini Vacation

This condo was spectacular!! The view was amazing, and totally worth the three flights of steps! Perfect lakey decorations, very clean, lots of natural light. Mid April was perfect as the lake is pretty quiet; relaxation was on the agenda and was achieved. Thank you for allowing the use of your property!

small apartment but very nice location and view. up on the 3rd floor WITHOUT elevator, so be prepared. and kind of hard to find in the dark.

Lake Condo

Nice quiet place. Great view of lake. The bedrooms we’re comfortable and each had a bathroom. Just think the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of cleaning. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean but under the beds there were alit if dust bunnies and trash.

The condo remodel looks like something on HGTV! It's adorable!! Everything you could possibly think of was already there for your convenience! The beds were comfortable as well, and the view was outstanding! The stairs were a bit much for us, but the condo was worth it!

Just a short getaway!

We have Pastored for 20+ years. I have taught school for 30+ years. The last three years we have tried to find a place when school is out just to get away and shift gears for the summer. This was the perfect spot not too far from home with an amazing view and all the amenities. We will definitely be back. It was such a beautiful place.

Perfect get away!!!

We loved it the unit was beautifully decorated very clean several toiletries like body wash, shampoos plenty of bath towels which made it nice if we would’ve forgot something also kitchen was well supplied air conditioning was good. The unit we stayed in was on the end and in the middle of both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was a third floor unit which I’m 65 and I had no problem with the steps. My son lives about a mile from this place and there is a top of the line gas station/grocery store within walking distance overall I will be staying there ever time I travel to lake Ozark.

Great for social distancing

Property was remodeled and nice. Issues we encountered was broken master bed support that was fixed after first night. We needed the advertised pull out couch. Sofa bed was held together by zip ties and support at front wouldn’t hold. Property manager tried to fix but it is in bad shape, don’t count on using. Loved the large deck but 4 of the tall chairs had broken seats. Again we had a party of 7 and with social distancing grilled all our meals and would have loved seating. Loved the area and was perfect for a social distance vacation. Hope owners consider replacing the broken chairs and couch or disclose to renters. If those weren’t needed the place would have been perfect. Kitchen appliances were great and kitchen stocked well, cabinets needed cleaning from food and dead bugs other than that unit was clean.
