Experience lakefront living at its finest in our spacious float home on Lake Pend Oreille. Perfect for families or groups, this beautiful waterfront retreat offers plenty of room to relax. With comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, two rooms with queen beds, it's the ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Spend your days fishing, boating, or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of this unique experience. Your perfect waterfront getaway awaits!

Extra rollaway beds are available if needed but space is limited. Boat slips and boat rentals are available for an additional fee. Pets are an additional $50 per night. Please don't allow your pets on the beds or the furniture.

The home base fee is based on four guests each additional guest is an additional $20 per night

Smoking Policy
All rooms are designated as non-smoking. The guest agrees rooms that smell of smoke shall be assessed a cleaning fee of $250.00 and shall be automatically billed to the guest’s credit card.

We had a great stay! The floating house worked perfectly for our group, and we absolutely loved the location. It was close to Silverwood and everything we needed. Such a fun and unique place to stay, we would definitely come back!

Beautiful spot!

This was an amazing experience. We enjoyed the lake, went to silverwood, and enjoyed hiking around town. We had so much fun. We will be back!!

Scenic views

Nice float house. In a beautiful area, with lots of outdoor activities close by. Water views cant be beat. Property management company is not very good at answering messages, I suggest calling instead.

Fun getaway

It was a really awesome experience super close to silverwood. It does need a few fixes, the tvs didn’t work, there were no screens on the windows, the 1/2 bath toilet got clogged after 1 use and the plunger didn’t work and there were a couple screws up on the deck and one of the kids cut his foot pretty bad. despite these few things, the overall experience was great!

The house was really great for accommodating parents with kids. It would be nice to have had a BBQ. Also there were no dish cloths, tea towels, garbage bags but we just went to town and grabbed some. The wifi was non-existent which made it hard to check in with work and family at home. Also the water shut off a few times on the last day which made cleaning up for departure a little tricky (we left early). The neighbors were doing re-modelling of their unit which was quite loud and they went into the early hours on one night. We did receive notice that we were charged or a broken blind and a missing cushion on the deck chair...we never broke any blinds although one was damaged when we got there. I can't remember if there were actually 4 cushions on the deck chairs but we definitely didn't lose any unless perhaps the wind blew one away while we were away.

Broken Sofa Bed

The property listing states 4 beds; however, there were only 2 beds plus a sofa bed (the green couch shown in the photo in the property details. The sofa bed was broken and could not be used. The property manager had known about the broken sofa bed and had ordered a replacement some time before our rental. During several calls days prior to our arrival with the property manager to discuss the schedule for our rental, never once were we told the sofa bed was not usable. On the second day after our phone call to complain, a futon type sofa was brought to replace the sofa bed. It was much smaller than the sofa bed but still adequate for children.

Excellent, unique, and beautiful property!

Second time renting this property. I think we are going to do this every year from now on! The second bedroom (and ability to sleep 6) is great when needed. We enjoyed the view every morning, and sitting on the dock just outside the front door was peaceful. And the Farragut trails (though a bit confusing) were fun. We hiked about 30 miles of them over the week. I highly recommend this town, and this property! We will be back!

Beautiful view - Great first float house experience

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very unique. House was nice. We were a touch disappointed with dog hair on our sox, and the prior renter's dirty pan in the oven. Minor compared to the property's unique view and offerings! I highly recommend. Our last night, there was a heavy thunder/lightening storm. Quite the show!
