Designed and renovated for the sports' fan in mind. Completely remodeled home sitting on a half acre of land. Used exclusively as short-term rental, this like new home is professionally clean and sanitized after every visit. Located on an half acre of land you have the privacy and social distancing to maybe never see or interact with your neighbors especially from the scenic covered deck overlooking a very large back yard. Dynamic open floor plan in living area, 55 in TV with a bar leading into kitchen. Beautiful new floors throughout this 2100 square foot house. New kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops with new appliances. A bar height table in breakfast nook with a large dinning room table. Four bedrooms, inclusive of two master suites with sitting areas and 40 inch TV screens. Two fantastic bathrooms, both completely redone and expanded.
Newly installed blinds in every room. Covered deck that is 400 square feet with small refrigerator and large cooler for convenience along with a charcoal grill .
Only 2 miles from Bryant Denny stadium plus a half mile from restaurants and bars. Book this house for any event. From sporting events, reunions or festivals this is the house!

This house was perfect for our family to stay in for UA graduation weekend. We played catch ing the backyard. There was plenty of space for cooking and eating for the whole group.

Alabama Graduation Weekend

We were so happy with the house, the location and the friendliness of the owner. Will definitely rent again for a game day weekend.

FB weekend

This property was wonderful. It has a great location, very clean, spacious and an awesome outdoor area. The host’s communication was amazing. They added so many nice little touches to the property including fresh flowers throughout. All of us would rent this property again. Fun sports bar right down the road too.

Perfect House

We loved staying at this adorable 4 bedroom house in Northport. It was only 2 miles from the stadium. The house was clean and there was plenty of space. We hosted a brunch on Saturday and the kitchen and dining areas were perfect. We loved sitting outside on the back porch. Thanks for a great stay.

2024 Homecoming Weekend

Very well kept property. Plenty of room for our group of 6. The location is great, easy to get to shopping in Northport and very short drive over the river into campus. The owners were very welcoming & responsive to questions via text. reveveresponsive to questions

Graduation 2022

The Hale house was just what we needed to celebrate our son's graduation from UA. Lisa and Wright were wonderful hosts. Home was clean and true to the pictures online. Very quiet neighborhood just over the bridge from the school. Wright met us at the home and gave us a tour and was very welcoming to a group of folks coming off of a 16 hr drive. Lisa left us a sweet gift of champagne and celebration glasses to toast our grad! We enjoyed the time we spent at the home and hope to be able to stay again!

Great Graduation Weekend

Several of us came in to Tuscaloosa for my son's graduation from UA and had a great time. The house was all ready for us after a long day of travelling and we had plenty of room for our family. The owners were very responsive to questions that came up and I appreciated the care they took to make our graduation weekend special.

Game Day

This house was perfect for 3 families. It was very clean, updated and decorated perfectly for a game day retreat. It was very close to UA and downtown.

Great game day home!

The owner’s, Lisa and Wright, were amazing to work with. The house is in a great location and convenient to everything. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful trip and plan to stay there again.

Made The University of Alabama move in day easy for this South Carolina family!

This property was exactly as described! It was close to the UA campus and was covenantally located to dinning. Our group of 7 had pleantybof room and never ran out of hot water!! We will definitely use again!!!

Look no further...

This home was perfect. The location was great- minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa and within 5 minutes to the stadium. We had plenty of space , it was well appointed and if we had any questions the property owners were very responsive. We will definitely rent again when we are back in Tuscaloosa.

Conveniently located across the beautiful Warrior River from downtown Tuscaloosa with multiple restaurant and entertainment options. Within walking distance is quaint downtown Northport with shopping and restaurants.

This area is an up and coming part of Northport Al. New homes, new stores, bars, shopping and more. This property is on a large private lot. This older home was asking for a makeover and we were happy to oblige. Some love and tenderness turned this property into a place that anyone would want to stay for gatherings with family and friends. Plenty of room for food and entertainment. My husband and I know what we enjoy when we rent from homes through VRBO in other cities so we decided to pass that a long to those that would want to rent from us.

Our home has a large covered deck out back with a grill and an outside mini refrigerator.( it does have a small freezer and plenty of room for extra beverages. This allows our guest to enjoy the great outdoors in case the weather is not cooperating. Five television sets along with high speed wifi will allow each guest to enjoy what they want to watch or stream. Both of our master bedrooms have king size beds with 40 in flat screen tv's. Fabulous new kitchen and outside grill for for those who enjoy cooking great food.
