Great downtown location. Excellent accommodation. Very clean and everything available in the place. Host very responsive. Only issue is noise on Saturday nite, although the host made me aware of this beforehand.

This was the perfect property for us! We had hotel’d it the last time for almost twice the price! The property is exactly as listed … large one bedroom apartment, very well supplied and very clean - it was perfect for us.

Great stay in Sudbury.

Very pleased with the esthetics and modern look of this unit. Diamond in the ruff. Glad we stayed here. Beautiful unit, well appointed. In our case it was perfect, central (walking distance) to all the venues we had to attend. Will stay here again.

Excellent getaway!

It truly is a beautiful suite! It was exactly what I needed. Owner was very easy to contact and definitely stayed in touch, super sweet and friendly! It is in the heart of downtown Sudbury that includes lots of places to go for groceries/essentials within walking distance. Overall, very pleased and will be back!

We are new hosts for this kind of business but have been guests ourselves so often these past few years, that we are doing our best to make our suites feel like how WE would want them. Beautiful apartment downtown

This apartment is lovely. Great location downtown with free on street parking in the evenings after and weekend. The host can also get you a parking spot at noon extra charge to you on an off street parking lot carry corner from the apartment. Lots of utensils, cooking pots and plates/bowls. We loved the little container of half and half in the fridge for us. Two bottles of water plus a filtered water pitcher were in the fridge too. Plenty of k-cups of all types of the k-cups machine. Very quiet apartment even on the weekend. Comfy king bed with bldbkout curtains. Large bathroom with soaps, conditioner, shampoo and body wash available. The host was in contact before during and after our stay. We just had to give her our license plate number for the office street parking spot. She can also get you a reservation at her restaurant below the apartment as she's the head chef. She also gives recommendations of other places to eat in the area. Definitely stay here if you want a comfortable, quiet and luxurious stay in Sudbury.

Spacious, very clean, modern condo with some neighbourhood noise.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Lisgar Suite which is a downtown condo. Very large (about 1200 sq. feet) and immaculate throughout. Stephanie, the host, was very responsive. The only drawback is the noise. The condo is located across the street from a cocktail lounge and in the summer, the DJ is outside with patrons on the patio. Music is loud but somewhat muffled with the windows closed. We got used to it. This would not be an issue in any other season. Parking is a 3 minute walk away and is outside. You get a parking pass. If you want a downtown experience, this is perfectly located for you. If you want a quiet location, it might not suit you. The comfort of the condo and its cleanliness is exceptional so that is why I gave it a 4 star rating overall. Thank you Stephanie.

It is definitely an upbeat, downtown atmosphere this summer because of the patios, but I apologize about the excess noise across the street. I will remind them again that we have guests staying on site and to keep it reasonable after 11pm. Thanks again - and enjoy your summer!
